I found lots of unknowns on Guess's website, and this model is one of the ones I haven't attached a name to definitely.

Apparently, her actual name is Komal Khosla.

Here is an editorial from Rekt magazine, March 2025, where this elusive but stunning Indian model is named as Komal Ilsan. Photographed by Tobi Pripicart, it is titled "Don't Pretend":

I discovered it accidentally while researching Superman's nemesis lexi_lou_thur (Alexis Reed).

I was a bit confused when I asked about my Guess unknown and received a mixed response. Now I realize that there were 2 separate models in my Komal sub-directory. Komal has a bit darker complexion than the other (name still unknown) and Komal has a floral tattoo on her left outer thumb and an ornamental G on her upper left thigh, a larger but not as noticeable red one with a lotus flower in the centre of her left forearm, one on her left index finger and another on her left middle finger's proximal phalange, and finally a cross on her lower cervical and upper thoracic vertebrae (where the neck and back join).

Koko partially demystified, speaking in English, along with Maria Chiara and Lilou Emeline-Artuso (she does the bi-lingual), for the Guess Accessories 2025 Fall campaign photographed, filmed in Rome. Koko has a wild & adventurous spirit; Maria you could imagine as a cool girl in an Italian university lecture theatre or tutorial room, and Lilou is more like (how I imagine) a pagent queen in her demeanour. An interesting diversity of faces, body shapes and personalities.

The first outfits matches the Valentine's Day red bra from the post above, the 2nd because we love seeing her in swimwear, and the 3rd, while modest in comparison, seems really appropriate for her (an off-shoulder wool blend yellow sweater with a checkered mini-skirt)

One thing that is interesting, is that the photographer is rarely attempting to conceal her tattoos, particularly the red one on her lower left forearm, the lotus flower with 3 columns radiating above & below (are the columns decorative, or a script, or symbols?). She also has a full lunar cycle over the brachial artery of her upper left arm.
