Hi - sorry not he biggest Bridget fan, but saw that comment and it made me laugh

... Did she have a nose job or something that I do not know about?

Well....I notice noses. Is that weird? I'll just never understand why someone who got famous for their face would want to change it. But I know there's a lot of pressure to be "perfect"
