i dont think this is bibi! Bibi is also a panache-model but this is not bibi!

All of the reverse image searches I have run point to it being Bibi :c025:

 the above photo shows the two moles on her left arm that match - can't always go by moles and birthmarks, or even tattoos, as they are often edited out.
