I have British Eurosport which shows some men's tournies and a lot of the women's tournies. All the Masters Series is on Sky Sports which is subscription only and I don't have access to it at the moment. Coverage of tennis in the UK is pretty good, probably better than most other places in the world. Shame we don't have more decent players.

omg, that's hilarious! Some people have a bit too much time on their hands but that was pretty well done. Yup, Ana will be #8 on Monday. In the Top 10 for the first time. This was a really exciting match. Ana injured her ankle retrieving a shot that unexpectedly dropped short after clipping the tape. She won that point but spent the rest of the match in pain after having her ankle patched up by the trainer. A great fight to win this title!

Okay, now I hope Gonzo takes out Rafa in the final. Although if Rafa wins this tourny he'll be the first to win it three times in a row. I want to get some good tennis coaching, but when I have some more time and money to spare. Maybe later this year. Jankovic is not one of my faves but I think she will do well at Roland Garros. I actually met her at a tournament last year. She seems really nice off court: she has a good sense of humour and is very friendly to the fans.

Ana is with Mario Ancic? I didn't know about that. I don't think Ana and Jelena actively dislike each other but I don't think they're the best of friends. I'm pretty sure they've never been on the Fed Cup squad at the same time as each other but I don't know if that's just coincidence or avoidance.

It was. I think it's mostly because of the conditions. It was really windy. I hate playing in the wind. Me too. I played in crazy wind a few weeks ago. It was blowing straight from one end of the court to the other so each time you swapped sides you had to completely change your swing. It was actually so strong that it was blowing loose balls around the court. But being in the UK you have to deal with it and take your opportunities to play when you can. I've actually played in quite heavy rain a couple of times this year too. So Nina, are you any good? You're optimistic! I think the next person to beat Nadal on clay will be Federer. Or at least I'd like it to be. Novak's got a good chance of meeting Nadal in quarters but he won't beat him.
