Love his 80s bad boy style. A yes, he's a gorgeous man❤️
If you once started looking at him (aka his movies) you can't stop. So here a proper rank of his best 80s work to not waste any time
o1. St. Elmo's Fire (1985)
(unbeaten Billy the chaotic rock n roll angel I WANNA MARRY HIM 🤩 and probably get my heart broken but whatever he's worth the roller coaster
)
o2. Masquerade (1988)
(he's naked, and hot and bangin like all the time here. I watched this movie COUNTLESS times
)
o3. About Last Night … (1986)
(relationship dramedy with Demi Moore. Again lots of naked skin
but also lots of real and honest moments)
o4. Hotel New Hampshire (1984)
(one of the most bizarre movies ever but in the best possible way. I'm pretty sure he's bangin his sister at one point played by baby Jodie Foster 😁)
o5. Youngblood (1986)
(he's a total dreamboat here I MEAN LOOK AT THIS PICTURE PERFECT FACE + Patrick Swayze. It's some sort of sports/romance drama. I remember the sex scene as one of the hottest/most sensual I ever witnessed in a sports movie including butts and boobs
🥵)
o6. Bad Influence (1990)
(technically not a 80s movie but it has Rob + James Spader so it barely can't get more 80s lol It's a solid thriller also baddie Rob is so hot I forgive him just everything
)
o7. Oxford Blues (1984)
(he's gorgeous and yeah I'm aware I'm repeating myself 😍 😄 is it enough to make a movie watchable? Well when he's on screen all the time I guess yes 😄)
o8. Outsider (1983)
("Soda Pop" probably his most iconic 80s character? also insane cast with Patrick Swayze again, Matt Dillon, Tom Cruise, Emilio Estevez, Diane Lane etc directed by none other than Francis Ford Coppola. For some reason it never really was my cup of tea but it's still watchable)

So if you ever got the chance to watch St Elmos Fire pls do it's really really great and one of my all time faves @Lilja K
Those 2 are killing me every time 💘
Imagine you're "supposed" to be dating a regular dude (in the middle) and ending up bangin Rob Lowe
Mare is one of my all time movie queens

Never heard of it😅
It's part of the so called Brat Pack which is a nickname given to a group of young actors who frequently appeared together in teen-oriented coming-of-age films in the 1980s. "Members" were people like Demi Moore, Rob Lowe, Andrew McCarthy, Emilio Estevez, Judd Nelson, Molly Ringwald etc
St. Elmos Fire and The Breakfast Club are probably the most popular movies of the group. It very much mirrored the life of a teen in the 80s.
Partly maybe questionable to modern standards but still very watchable imo.
Rob Lowe was SO GORGEOUS good god it's hard to focus on anything else when he appeared on screen
And despite his good looks he was allowed to play more than just the typcial one dimensional "fuckboi" what was really great about those movies. He was dreamy, beautiful, charismatic and yeah sometimes he really played the d!ck but there was always something "more". Deeper ya know.
Billy of St Elmos Fire is probably my all time fave character of him
He actually still is 🥵
