  2. I wouldn't personally call her a gold digger because we don't know the full story, but as far as needing more proof of Depp being an abuser, that's how it should be. Abusing your spouse is a crime, gold digging isn't. Innocent until proven guilty. If she really is faking the whole thing though, she really is scum. And same should be said for Depp. As far as their reputations at this point they should both be given benefit of the doubt because we don't know enough. The difference is that Depp's reputation is already tainted to a degree after this regardless of innocence or guilt, or whether Heard presses charges or not. If some new evidence came out and Heard were found to be 100% truthful on the matter, we would feel sorry for her and think it is unfortunate to be in that position. There's no comparable scenario where Depp comes out looking spotless. As hard as it will be to provide evidence that he did it it would be infinitely harder to provide evidence that he never laid a finger on her. If Heard admitted tomorrow that it was a scheme to get money from Depp, and that she punched herself in the face there would still be people that say "Depp must've paid her under the table to keep it hush hush" or "she just feels bad about ruining his reputation so she is pulling back". Just look at how the Duke lacrosse team still gets a bad rap from some people Here's what I think is a good bit from Bill Burr on the topic: (although I don't know if it's plausible that no info gets out about a celebrity being tried, like for instance if Heard had come out in public with a black eye paparazzi would be on that immediately...but at the same time that doesn't mean it should be published in all papers before a conviction)
  3. Hilarious how they refer to the scandal as "Celebgate"...we all know that's not the name this whole incident is referred to as
  4. I'm happy for Kelly, and I'mma let her finish, but there's no competing with Alex in a Baywatch movie
