If you don't know the specific dynamics at play in the relationship then you shouldn't speculate about who is at fault. People here have a horrible tendency to assume that the models are guilt free in their problematic relationships. For all we know her crying on socials could be an emotional manipulation technique. Those other commenters likely know just as much about the relationship as you do. That said, I don't keep up with her posts so maybe you know more about it than I am giving you credit for. The UFC fighters all have a dick sucking competition for Donald Trump these days, who attends the UFC events and has been involved with the UFC since it's early days and has a relationship with Dana White, which is why it has a reputation of being tied to right-wing culture. Watching and enjoying UFC however, expands beyond the political spectrum, hence its success. I can understand if that's not something she would personally support or is not happy about people supporting, but IMO if there's anywhere that personal liberty should apply it's attending a UFC event. Maybe he doesn't approve of her materialistic spending? Or maybe he doesn't approve of her getting entertainment from trash reality television shows like the Bachelor/Bachelorette? (The female equivalent of UFC)

And of course her social media supporters are going to be biased in favor of her, they don't get to hear his side.

Yeah I try not to be too critical about it because I think it helps some people feel better about themselves, but I don't think there is anything admirable about it. Being open about it has the effect of further normalization of having this done. It's not exactly the same as this but I will use an analogy of an athlete using steroids. If they are open about it, then it normalizes steroid use which is unhealthy. If they hide it, then it is dishonest and gives them an advantage. That leads to the conclusion that there is no moral way to use steroids. Even if you aren't an athlete. In this case for botox, if you hide that you are having this done it contributes to unrealistic beauty standards.

I got to meet Maggie tonight, shared a few drinks with her, and talked with her for a while.

 

She is in town for a friends wedding, and a friend of mine is also staying at the resort. The resort had set up some telescopes to do stargazing and I went over there with a few of my friends nieces and nephews to supervise them. While they're looking through the telescope, I start chatting with somebody next to me, but it's super dark and I have no idea who it is until the light hits just right and I realize it's Maggie!!!

She was the last person I was expecting to run into you in the middle of the desert at a dude ranch. She is much smaller (shorter) in person that I expected. I made sure not to let her know I knew who she was. Then the group went onto the patio of the "saloon" to have drinks. Turns out my friend is friends with Maggie's friend (the one getting married). So we chatted and I asked her where she is from and then talked about living in South Carolina, etc..

I just made sure not to make it awkward and bring up anything I knew about her such as modeling. She eventually mentioned it and how she is also a nurse who volunteers.

Needless to say, it was a very surreal moment because I was not expecting to run into her of all people on a Friday night 3 miles from my house. The friend I'm visiting invited me back to the resort to grab breakfast tomorrow and it's an all inclusive resort that only has breakfast available for three hours in the morning so there's a possibility I might run into her again.

 

On one hand I'm jealous, on the other hand I know I would faint, or make a fool of myself, or realistically not say anything to her if I ever saw her in real life. I'm also from SC
