I did not mean different in terms of what contracts are worth, but what she is allowed to do outside of VS, not being treated like a rookie and being considered for opening segments in only her second year. When she entered she was already bigger in modeling than all the angels except maybe Adriana. No angel gets covers as regularly as she does. Magazine covers, not VS catalogue covers.

Clauds, thanks for that explanation. I only asked because I felt that Lias wanted an angel contract. I suspected for a long time that some models are turning VS down. I've seen a lot of posts saying VS is stupid not contracting certain models and have realised that top models want to do the VSFS and some modelling for VS but do not want angel contracts. They are the ones who get into the VSFS without attending the casting. Another reason is that VS treats new angels like beginners and expect them to wait years to be selected for something major like opening a show or segment or wearing the FB. I also feel the way VS used Candice for everything over other angels makes models reluctant to enter into contracts. You can get sidelined like Lindsay and be locked in a contract. There will never be a shortage of models willing to enter into contracts, just not always the ones VS want. I think they had to agree to a totally different contract to get Karlie.

Do you think VS should tell her that she will never be an angel or just let her continue to work like this until she gets the message?

Now that her English seems to be good, do we really have to find another reason to keep her out?

After watching that video, I don't see a problem with her English. Sounds fine to me. I always admire her body in VS shoots. This video reminds me how gorgeous her face is. Wow! Now I am even more puzzled by VS not making her an angel.

I definitely prefer SI models. Even if they are not that famous, at least they are natural. In SI Photoshop is limited to correcting skin imperfections and lighting issues. whereas VS use photoshop and padding to make models look like they have cleavage. Look at Candice's pictures at the launch event for Russell James' book compared to what we see in VS shoots. To me that is Photoshop abuse and unacceptable. That's is why I enjoy SI way more than VS. I don't have to suspect photoshop faking.

You guys are expecting too much. This does'nt come naturally to everyone. They just need to develop some confidence and not be so scared of making a mistake. They'll get better. No need to dismiss their angel aspirations over this.

Ok, I get it. Your graph is "legit" and Google's list is "contrived". Chanel Iman played in a movie this year and was involved with the release of Beyonce's album apart from her modelling work. Candice had very little work this year outside of VS and less than usual for VS.

That graph Raf posted isn't BZ though, it's Google. It's a legit graph. Just because they brought out that contrived list doesn't make it accurate. It is as accurate as the sexiest women's list we keep on seeing. No one is the real world is searching for Chanel Iman. Candice is more relevant and searched for than her in every way. And the reason for Google coming up with a "contrived list" is?

Nowhere do I see a claim that this is a list of the most popular models. It is a list of the MOST GOOGLED models, whatever the reason for googling them. Don't get upset because the angels are not on the list. This is GOOGLE not BZ.

She is so special! I can't remember any young model having such impact on me. Right now, for me, she is the #1 VS model and that includes the Angels. I absolutely love her!
