They choose Taylor instead One Direction? Yeah 'cause she was the "better" option. I think they rushed with this one. They thought of her because her new album was everywhere these past few weeks (& because of her model friends but let's not talk about that.) The thing is that her album was number one on itunes for God knows how many days/weeks, but then 1D released their album on 17th of November and they put Taylor's album on the second place in a matter of hours. It would've been a smart move for them to have One Direction. They're british, they have fans of different ages since they started as 16 years old lads with a very pop sound aimed for young girls and now they're like 20-21's with a more mature sound and a different style. They kinda won over all kind of music lovers, young, old, etc.. And their album is now the IT album. They're gonna on Ellen, they were on Today show yesterday, they're promoted everywhere, they're friends with Ed Sheeran too and they were long before Ed was friends with Taylor. I don't know, everything sounds better for me if it's about 1D and not Taylor. Yeah, I really think they rushed with the decision. If only they thought about it and choose these boys. I'm not saying they're the perfect act for VSFS but they're definitely better than Swift, at least for me. Plus they can really sing and they're hot and they're also real gentlemen.

This is not alright and by this I mean the amount of hate and names towards this guy. You don't even know the man. I do, I had the pleasure to meet him a couple of times through a common friend and he's such a genuine happy person. Yeah, his reactions at the sight of Behati on the runway may be annoying but he's always like that, all jumpy and excited. It's just the way he is. Most of you may not agree with me, but the hate is not alright. Like I didn't realize calling someone you don't know such names is okay. Sorry for this rant but I felt like saying this 'cause it wasn't fair to Adam.

LOL Speaking of Kendall, why'd you think she wasn't cast? She was in the Angels book... I figured her going on and on and on about VS being her "dream" alluded to her being cast or something. I'm very relieved. Controversial but imo she doesn't have "IT" and would devalue the brand. She's an average looking girl with a very famous sister, she wouldn't even be walking in New York and Paris without her sisters help. If things were different and the Kardashian name wasn't so big along with Kanye's fashion connections that girl wouldn't even be walking in LA Fashion Week and that's the truth. She's pretty and all that but she just isn't special as a model. That's my opinion though. I actually think she wanted to become a model simply because she doesn't know what else to do/can't do something else.

NO! It wouldnt supprise me. British boy band and they would want to promote their album One Direction is not a bad choice to be honest. The album they 'released' recently is actually good and not very boyband-like if you ask me, I mean it's different from everything they did before as far as I know so why not?

So no 50 Shades inspired segment? I'm quite disappointed actually, I wanted to see something like that instead of another Great Gatsby inspired thing. It would've been something very captivating and sexy. Also very different from everything they did before, right? I can just imagine it, very few lights to make the atmosphere more mysterious, a catchy remix of Do I Wanna Know by Arctic Monkeys and mainly lingerie without many bedazzled accessories, maybe a few black wings and masks here and there. I think it would've been great but that's just me I guess. I believe the closest thing to what I just described is the Parisian Nights segment and even that isn't what I have in mind. I'm still excited about the segments though.

Maybe the reason why they're doing the show so late this year is because they needed more time to create all the outfits since we're having so many girls for VSFS 2014. It makes sense to me.

I am very happy for her...her very first Vogue Cover and she looks GORGEOUS and très chic BUT this is way too little way too,too,too late..... I am completely over Barbara :yuckky: :yuckky: :yuckky: ...I still think and believe that when her hair and makeup is done correctly ,she has the most beautiful face I have ever seen but two years of consecutively not doing The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show or frankly any interesting or relevant fashion or beauty campaign other than a two week fling with Niall Horan of One Direction and a non-reciprocal 5 sec cheek stroke with Justin Bieber on a yacht in Cannes and that infamous breast squeeze at amfAR Gala Fashion Show .... :neo2: :neo2: :neo2: TWO YEARS...she will never ever do the show again and she will never again be invited by VS for VSFS or even some random VS catalog work...she hasn't worked with them since July 2013....Nobody ..not L'Oreal Paris or even Chanel Beauty or Armani Exchange made BP look s as beautiful and angelic as VS...NO ONE..her VS work was outstandinly amazing and they seemed to LOVE her( remember VS Facebook' All about Angels Twitter feed ) and then suddenly something( probably weight issues, Bieber/Niall Horan,leaving NY for Hungary again ,Brett Ratner's itty-bitty movie "role" in Hercules ..who knows what ) happened and it all went south fast ... ..and if only.....if only she had worked out/exercised a little more...just toned up a little instead of going to all those random shitty music festivals in Hungary this summer or getting shitfaced drunk or partying or destroying her once gorgeous healthy hair..etc etc etc If only she had gone to New York during that week of VS castings...she was doing absolutely nothing in Budapest...nothing...Why....Did she think she was such a big hotshot like Cara Delevingne that she would be invited by Ed Razek to walk...Sara Sampaio was voted Sports Illustrated's 2014 Rookie of the Year and still attended the casting and so did so many top models but Barbara did not....Shanina Shaik and Bregje Heinen were rejected last year as well but this year they are both walking...infact Shanina who many speculated last year was rejected cos she gained some extra weight, this year wasted away almost to nothing to make the cut...I have seen recent pics of her and she looks soooo utterly thin....models absolutely kill themselves to get a coveted spot because at least they understand that this is a massive boost for their career...there is no poing denying the fact and this year it sounds like VS is going all out to make it memorable in London ...it is a big deal and it could totally propel them to the big leagues...Shanina got it...Sara def gets it...Barbara doesn't ....she is so utterly clueless...she could have easlily attended the casting and I think if she had she would have made the cut..so many random models with much less attractive faces and zero sex appeal made it that BP had a chance...plus VS & Co are such major attn/publicity whores that they would have chosen or at least seriously considered a model with almost a million Twitter followers and 2+ million Instagram followers but she didn't and I hate that blasé,anti go getter attitude of hers.... I will still post new pics and videos of hers here and like I said I still think that she is totally gorgeous but.....it is the end of an era... L'Oreal - Mega Volume - Miss Manga Your optimism is killing me.
