Hey guys! Do you ever get those nasty acne before or during your menstruation,I don't know if menstrual acne is the right term . What do you do to prevent it or do you have recommended spot treatments? Thanks

Hello guys, just really need some advice on how to take care of wavy hair. I really like my wavy hair as it has its own texture and style but its a pain in the a$$ to maintain or fix. When I air dry it, it gets all sorts of frizzy on top, i just try to put sunflower oil and I condition every day. Am I missing something in my routine? Also which hair cut/style is best and which salon treatment will give it shine and softness? Thanks
