Pennant doesn't have Champions League experience and he hasn't been great this season I can only hope they field a half-healed Maldini so Pennant has a chance of running past him I think Pennant would lose a 1-on-1 against Maldini 9 times out of 10, even if the injury is taken into account :| Other than that I think we should be fine...it seems like we'll be playing the 4-4-1-1 with Kuyt leading the strike force and Crouch on the bench though

Pennant might be starting on the right that means Stevie in the centre but oh god we need some good wingers. I don't have any problem with an in-form Kewell (for next season) but ugh! buy Simao or Quaresma! and god we need creativity in the center of the park!

Well I watched the first episode again and they mentioned something about the cockroach being in God's image and being indestructible and at the top of the evolutionary ladder. There were a few other episodes where they start off by focusing on cockroaches as well. The eclipse also occurred at the start of volume one, probably to signify the start of a new chapter (sun being the start of a new day) but also that trouble is looming (darkness). And we never really knew about Peter's mum did we? All that we know is that she is quite evil. From the sad mum, desperate for attention and shoplifting to get that attention she has developed (not developed, but in terms of what we can see of her as a character it seems that she has "developed") into a somewhat cold and uncaring being that is hell bent on getting her way. I think everyone knew about the symbol. Its on all the paintings that feature Kensei, Kensei's sword and it's in Isaac's paintings as well. Not to mention its on the back of Jessica whenever she dominates Nikki's body I'm not sure about the meaning behind the symbol though

yeh, that's what I thought... weird but somehow not satisfying I thought Sylar would've crawled there himself but that also makes sense as well! Actually I just rewatched the ending and when they focus on the bloody trail they start talking about "kindred" spirits and knowing that "we are not alone" :| scary stuff... and has anyone seen that cockroach elsewhere before? *thinks*

and Kensei was there but the eclipse must mean something... after all it has been the intro to the series and the eclipse also happened when Hiro was on the roof of the Yamagato company doing stretches. I wonder what it all means... I might re-watch that episode for some clues :| may each eclipse just signifies the start of another volume? or may be something much more sinister
well I do know something about time travel *refers back to notes* so maybe we could continue this discussion while we have a picnic on the beach? :brows:
