We lost to the Mancs. What hurts is that we got absolutely annihilated. We didn't deserve anything from that game <_< Team performance: 0/10

Xabi hasn't found his passing boots and Gerrard's just been mediocre this season. I'm guessing it's the wear and tear from 60 games and the World Cup last season. He's been very mediocre and hasn't really done much. It's awful to watch. Sissoko's been by far our best central mid this season.

ugh don't know what's happened to Adriano I don't think anyone does. Frankly we don't need so many strikers. We have enough. It's midfield I think we need to worry about. Something's wrong. Nothing is clicking at the centre. Defense can be resolved but there's something wrong with midfield...can't quite put my finger on it. Have Milan got their eyes on anyone? besides Ronnie? Milan and Barca don't seem like they have much depth. They have a quality starting XI but they don't have the subs to match the starting XI

I love Bellamy. He's not world class but he's got electric speed and a great work ethic. He works his socks off for the team. Crouch is scoring like crazy at the moment but Rafa never fields him <_< I don't think Crouch isn't good technically either, but he makes up for it with his work rate. He covers the most distance in a game for Liverpool and England. Unbelievable I know  If Caracciolo comes does that mean someone is going? Why can't we get a better striker though? dammit Rafa! :persuazn:

EDIT: I'm not interested in little boys...kinda :| In Serie A, is a player 30 years young?
  6. red_ed replied to goose's topic in Sports
He plays for Palermo, he's a decent player who they bought to replace Luca Toni last year he had 9 goals last year He been used mainly as a sub this year, with Di Michele and Amauri favoured http://soccernet.espn.go.com/players/stats...107&cc=5901 so why are we after him? We have Kuijt, Fowler, Bellamy and Crouch. Is he better than any of them? What would be bring to our forward line? I feel like an interviewer  If we were to sign any young forward at the moment I might have to go to Nery Castillo from Olympiakos. Damn that boy is class!

touche! I think Lyon and Valencia could be bogey teams for Chelsea. Valencia. they'll either edge it out over 2 legs or lose 4-0 on aggregate :| Orange is better than blue

He always had the potential but he spent more time on the grass than the ball did. But now, that the Bridge faithful have told him to knuckle down, he's showing what he's got I liked him before but lost respect for him when he started diving excessively. Now I think he has redeemed himself

amazing goal! What were some other good goals? van Nistelrooij's chip Drogba's swivel Considering the current form of nearly all the top clubs, Chelsea have their best chance to win it this year. They haven't even clicked into gear either. scary :|

yeh Sheva is low on confidence. He's finding it hard to do some of the stuff he used to pull offf with such ease. I loved how everyone was behind Hilario. He's such a shit keeper Barca really miss Eto'o and they have like no one playing striker. Their passing game was off and they conceded possession so easily in the middle of the park. They lacked organisation in defence when they went up and Ronnie and Messi were marked so tight as well. They didn't even try to beat their man, but they had no support coming from the backs either. The midfield was disappointing and Deco and Ronnie were useless. Lamps and Ballack were pretty much useless as well. Essien and Makelele had good games though. Boulahrouz was a rock and Carvalho was never exposed to any threat. Awesome positioning and he closed Ronnie down really well, always forcing him to retreat (Y) Ronnie was being a bit of a baby though. He was always stopping and waiting for the ref to give a foul. He should just carry on with the job like Kaka and wait for the ref to make the decisions. Too much La Liga for him Barca really need another striker. Castillo? Palacio? who will they buy?

it's much better than WE9. That was so shit. But this one is really good (Y) They went back to more fluent gameplay like WE8 and added a few other improvements. Must buy (Y)

there there! PSV are a good side but the defending was worse than Liverpool's That's saying something. I'm upset that Barca lose to Chelsea. It was nearly the same strike as the one that killed Liverpool as well <_< I hate Chelsea so much but to be fair they should've won like 4-0
