I never thought about Laetitia doing surgery to look better Hell no! Brigitte looks now so... Old because I thing she really never take care of her skin -too much sun and cigarettes!- To put a good moisturizing cream night & day is not really too much effort? I do not know what Laetitia is doing to stay in shape and take care of her skin? But she is not always looking at her best during official events.
