It's not true. Remember everyone who shoots for VS is an angel now according to the press. They aren't signing any new angels at this point, the last signed Angel was Doutzen.

Fittings are early this week, and my guess is they'll release the videos soon after that. The castings were done this week and they're in the editing bank/process now so they should be released on Monday or so.

The Fantasy bra is built on a miraculous bra. The jewels have been sewn on, so she's getting that 2-3 cup push up difference. The bra use to be made out of JUST jewels but now it's being put on a bra. Plus with the makeup they put on her chest, it didn't look it's best. Also, if you look at video of the event, her boobs didn't look hard or bolted on. When she went in to the store, they touched up her face and body makeup and I'm guessing they added to the body makeup and it came off looking worse. From what I hear she wears a B cup, which means they made the bra an A, which would make her look like a C and then what they do is they also add extra padding to the bra additional to what the bra already is. So it's basically all smoke and mirrors. The reason it was built on this kind of bra was due to it was their biggest seller, biggest success this year. They do it every year, they take their best bra and make it into the fantasy bra.

Well let's see there hasn't been an event to promote the bra since 2000, it hasn't got this much press for the event, because there was no event, and with Adriana's comeback it really is getting more press than it has since around 2005. Now granted the event has a lot to do with it but still. They even did a private luncheon with Adriana and the bra yesterday to talk to bloggers, and newscasters about Adriana and the bra and then the event today. They usually don't do such a luncheon...so yes they are promoting and getting more attention for this bra than they have for a while.

Oh give it a rest...damn! Every single person in here would be raving over the damn bra if it was on anyone else. Every damn day there is something new to bitch about Adriana. Everybody get a new hobby and enjoy the show. Don't pick it fucking to death. Adriana is the new lead Angel. She got the bra. You can't change the show. The Show's in NY...believe it or not everyone can bitch and bitch and bitch but it won't change anything so sit back and enjoy goodness gracious! But there hasn't been a fantasy bra get this much press or hype since 2003 or so. So maybe it's just you guys....

It's the miraculous bra!!! It's suppose to add 2-3 cup sizes to you! Have you ever felt one? The whole bra is padding, jesus. My best friend is a small B, she wore the bra and she literally looked like she was a DD, her husband even thought she had implants except he knew better. Bottom line you put anyone in that bra, and they look like they've got huge fake boobs. Shopping in Madrid about a month ago. The only contracted Angels right now are Adriana, Ale, Miranda and Doutzen. I don't believe they are signing anymore, but the girls that have the "Angel" contracts will keep them until they decide to leave the company.

My guess is it will go to Rosie (if she signs) , or Miranda next year. Candice (if she signs an angel contract anytime soon) she could get it as well. As for Adriana getting it again LOL! My guess is she'll get it most likely one more time in her next 8 years or so she's signed on for. But I'm guessing that's pretty far out. If she got it two years in a row, yes it would be majorly f*cked up.

When she's the new lead angel it's not an odd thing at all. They are priming the hell out of Adriana as well she's all over the stores the new campaigns and launches. But like I said with her being the new lead it makes complete sense. I think your view is subjective because she is your favorite, she just doesn't have the name to pull it off yet. Plus from what our sources tell us this decision was made back in late 09 so it was even before Candice was being pushed everywhere. To me Candice wearing the bra would be like a guest showing up at a wedding expecting to be the center of attention, and being upset if she was upstaged by the bride. In a few years she'll be able to wear it and with a name to support it. Right now she doesn't. In the U.S she just doesn't, period. Right now, she's just a blonde hot girl, and people on here and repeated that. Adriana most likely got the bra because of her come back and "promotion" (yes we know about the promotion from our sources, it's 100%) Honestly, if Candice would have gotten it, it would have been a bigger slap in the face to Ale. Anyway, Marisa got it because she already had quite the name out there, a lot of people knew who she was. Selita same thing simply because of Nick Cannon and that whole PR relationship. Most of the other girls have been VS's superstars. They have hardly EVER given the bra to someone who is all over the catalog, and etc. Heidi, Adriana, Tyra, Gisele, Marisa were/all are featured in the catalog, but they were never exposed the way Candice is, or even Ale is. Anyway enough about Candice, time will tell...always does. Anyway some news VS looks like they are making quite the big deal out of this fantasy bra this year, they have teaser videos ready to go for Facebook, Access Hollywood, VS pressroom and more. Adriana is even featured with it for an Associates video that will be aired in stores, and at the big yearly meeting this year. So it looks like they are taking the fantasy back they way the promoted it years before, talk shows, and etc. This is good for anyone who might wear it in the future, we might be getting just a little bit of classic VS back.

Lima-Fans just found out that VS will be kicking off "holiday season" on the week of October 20th, more fashion show news will become available, Adriana will debut the fantasy bra event in NYC, site will be updated with Christmas stuff, and the catalog will start hitting mailboxes!

I agree about Miranda, I see her being their next big star, and Candice following close behind. If the movie is a hit Rosie will be right behind her. But with Miranda being the only contracted girl out of those three, it's pretty obvious where they will go with it. I don't think so with Candice, Sym. Go outside stand and ask Who is Candice Swanepoel and most people will look at you like who? Now if you had a VS magazine and said this girl I'm sure it would be similar to "Oh yea that girl! She's hott" Again just like Adriana and Ale several years ago. A few people knew there names like Celebs and etc, but the majority of the public didn't. Right now Candice maybe has 10% of the public knowing who she is, Heidi had about 95% Tyra basically 100% and Adriana is about 75-80% and Ale is about 65-75% but it took them years to get there. Like I said, I didn't say no one knew her name but for her to stand out wear that bra and etc, she needs more exposure of her name here in the U.S. Right now, she's basically a nobody here, just a pretty girl with a pretty face. I see that changing soon, but give it time. Her career is following that of her veterans, she's the new hott girl, she's got a few celebs talking about her, but throw her next to her veterans and she'll be lost. In a few years I see her being their main star, basically taking over the show, and wearing the bra. But I see Miranda doing it first, because again she's much more known. If Marisa was around she would be as well, because she's very well known. Yes, her face is everywhere. BIG DEAL. That's it. That's my point. While her face is everywhere, she is just like Adriana, and Ale were several years ago. Pretty face, all over vs...but no one hardly knew them by name...and when you put them beside Tyra and Heidi at an event or the show...no one cared. Esp when Gisele was there. They were the pretty brasilian girls. Some people were starting to learn their names, but mostly they were the new faces of the company, nameless faces. Because most people just wanted to see Heidi, and Tyra, and Gisele. Adriana was in Candice's shoes several years ago...she was the gorgeous new VS model, she was everywhere and people wanted to know more about her...but she certainly wasn't known enough or big enough to carry the show, or wear the fantasy bra...and VS knew that. Candice is being promoted as the new face and one day will be their star attraction but right now, while her picture is everywhere very few people in the general public know her name. Candice like I said, while she is everywhere...she is not known enough to book talk shows on her name alone. She's not big enough to not be overshadowed by the music artist that is performing or her veteran angels. The public while they know her face, they are still looking for a name. Give her a couple years and she'll be right where Ale and Adriana are now. So do I think Candice will be the lead Angel someday? More than likely. Do I think she should get the bra yet? No way, maybe in a few years when she can stand out with it. She's got a killer body, and I think she'd do the bra justice but right now she'd get lost in the shuffle. Sure she'd stick out to fans, but the general populace she wouldn't.

Because while Candice might be all over, a majority of people don't know who she is...nor do they care. The majority of the public wants to see the faces they know from years over watching to open the show, and to wear the bra. When Selita wore the bra, she was overshadowed by Heidi, Adriana, and Alessandra simply because no one cared. If one of the three would have worn it, people would have noticed. Because not only does getting the bra just include it, VS is going back to it's roots this year. The bra comes with such media coverage, that whoever wears it when they decide to promote the hell out of it it needs to have someone wearing it where people will sit and watch the interview or attend the launch. This year she's going to be making talk show appearances on many shows, she's doing a personal event with the bra (going back to the way they treated the bra prior to 2005) And actually it would make NO sense to give one of the most expensive aspects of the show, and invest so much more media coverage and money into someone who would be overshadowed by the bigger names. Heidi, Adriana and Ale carried the show in 08. If Miranda or Doutzen would have gotten the bra, it would have been forgotten. Last year, even though Marisa got it, it didn't stand out because the big deal was Heidi. So why give something so large to someone when it won't stick out? They've tried it before it fails. Also to say someone's career is on the downward slop, uhhhhh no. Usually whoever becomes the new lead, it breathes even more life into their career. So it would be better for Candice to get the bra, after she gets better known by name...not by "Oh it's the pretty blonde chick from the VS window" which is what she's known by the majority of the public right now. Also she's far from the being the hottest in the media...yea she's all over VS.....big deal. In the actual media, she's a nobody just listen to the photographers when she does events with the veterans Like Ale or Adriana, I've heard on numerous occasions ALE ALE Blonde Girl! Same with when she did all this bombshell stuff. If it wasn't for some of the media handouts they give out having the girls name on them, people wouldn't even know her name to get her attention for the most part. She will have her time, she's just not ready yet. Every baby angel (if that's even good to call her, because she's not a contracted Angel) has been through this, and they eventually get past it.

Maybe...who knows. Adriana had to wait 10 years, Alessandra is still waiting. Candice will still shine like Ale, and Adriana did when Heidi and Tyra were lead. But Heidi and Tyra, were still the big guns even though Adriana and Ale were everywhere. Like I said, everyone follows everyone in VS...you can always look back and see that the Veteran was always where the baby was, and the baby eventually becomes the veteran if they don't bow out early (a la Gisele) Tyra was the lead until 2005, starting in 2002 you could see Heidi being prepped for that lead spot. Once Tyra retired Heidi took over. Gisele was being prepped for the lead spot after Heidi retired, but since she left she never was able to take that position. So starting in late 07, early 08 you started seeing them prep Adriana for that spot (this is when Heidi gave VS the news she wanted to leave way back in 08) Adriana started being everywhere she finally got the bra, she was basically the main attraction second to Heidi at the show in 08, she was taking over the stores, doing the major launches, headlining her own little biofit tour, and etc etc. Now Heidi left early this year (although only now is VS releasing the info) Adriana is back full swing, doing things she hasn't done for years...but now that's she's the headliner she's going to do what Heidi did back in early 06, be the big name, get the big promo and etc etc. It's always a tier system, it's become more obvious over the last few years. I see Ale being the lead Angel someday, if she outlasts Adriana's contract...who knows though.

With Adriana being the new Chief Angel per say, they are going to want to make that clear. With Heidi gone, I'm sure we'll get it drilled into out heads that Adriana has taken that spot. It's been coming for a while, with her doing everything with Heidi, doing the mainstream events when she came back from her pregnancy. According to my sources her getting the fantasy bra was a decision that was made sometime in late 09. Like I said before VS runs on a seniority, tier system. No one replaces anyone, but they do take over a position. Everyone moves up, you could say. Ale will now be second in charge, and will do some of the big events and be there as the supportive cast and second biggest name (Just like Dri was to Heidi for a couple years) if Alessandra outlasts Adriana (which no one knows right now) then she'll step up to lead. Candice is just where Ale was a few years ago, and Adriana several years ago. All over everything, the new baby, the campaigns, the face that could be their "star" one day. Candice IMO whenever she is contracted to be an angel, will be lead someday it's obvious with how they are heading with her work. KK was never over emphasized in the media like Candice is, KK had racked up quite the resume in 2002 which is why she most likely walked away with it. 2006, that one threw me...never will understand that. Like I said it's best to look at the Veterans to determine where the newbies are, Candice is all over like Dri, and Ale were...but they never took center stage when Heidi, or Tyra were around. Heidi, and Tyra were their big guns, the ones they called in for the media attention to push a huge product, to wear the most expensive bras, to headline the show and etc. It's all a system that gets repeated over and over and over. In all rights Ale should have gotten it, if VS was on a fair system. But they aren't. Right now it's push push push Adriana as the new lead, and push push push Candice as the new face. Is it a tad annoying to people who can't stand either, or like Ale or another Angel. Sure. But it's the way VS works. The only thing VS seems to do that is fair, is follow a seniority pattern when it comes to promoting their girls in the line-up, that's about it...and I don't think that's so much fairness as it is you just don't give a title to someone who hasn't been there, or done as much work as someone else who's been there longer and done more.
