U are right but we can also have our own opinion? (Even if people's opinions on the net is way over rated most of the time!) If she really did it for cosmetic purposes, I think it's stupid. And here is a picture since u asked Now don't tell me he she did change something??^^

All this is moot. Even if she did it for cosmetic purposes, so what? Those who are Laetitia fans will either "accept" it or not. The fascination with celebrity (and their lives and the changes they make to themselves) is too much sometimes, some do surgery some don't ... I think she is the most beautiful among the famous people, that's it. I don't over analyze.
Don't change the look that has made you. I wouldn't do any changes. Teeth, nose or otherwise. As far as weight goes, super skinny models are a turn off but she has never been that way, relatively smaller variations in weight are a non-issue.
