the girl which is in picture 2 and 3 with luisa of the myers catalogue is on models.com one of the top newcomers of this runway season http://models.com/oftheminute/?p=63983 so it's not bad also doing commercial stuff, its good money and doesn't always leads you away from high fashion. luisa is blessed that she can do both. The Escada pics look so much better in colour. It's still much photoshop, but it looks more like her than in black and white.

I don't know why the most of you always think, she has to grow her hair. she looks perfect with shorter. Their a lot of models with shorter hair and a lot of the tops like karlie and toni also doing it know. IMG would never wait to grow her hair to star developing her. It was the look when they get her in the agency, so they liked the way she looks. and as i said a thousand times befor, maybe they have other plans with her. she can also become a topmodel without the show season. look at heidi klum, she has never done the show season. just victoria secret and did vogue paris cover or other big campaigns. so there are diffrent ways to get succes.

don't be so hard with her, cause of the fur. you do not know always, before the job begins every little detail of it. there is just one piece which is made of fur and not the whole clothes. so probably the client didn't ask the agency, if she is doing fur jobs. and to skip the job, because of the jacket would be ridiculous. she is getting money for it, get good recognition in australias fashion business. so what?! I am also against fur, but we have to be a bit realistic. she is a no name model in australia. if she is not doing it, another model will do it get the buout and recognition and good new pictures. don't forget she has to pay rent, australia is very expensive, so she needs every job she can get. editorials don't pay well.

Actually i think, if she is staying at OE it's, because they treating her well. She is the rolemodel for the agency, so they probably do anything to keep her. They lost Rebecca Mir, so they wanna keep her. And when Luisa is not doing the Paris and stuff than it is, because the agency is not saying to do it. I don't think that Luisa is very by herself. Because than she would leave OE ages ago or right after Sidney. Maybe she is leaving in summer when the 2 years contract is over or soon. But still we don't know and we should let her doing her own way. Nobody knows if she is going to Paris, that she'll become huge. Not because we think she is a Star makes her a star. So we cannot compare her with Esther or other german newfaces. Even comparing her to Luise is wrong. They are totally diffrent types and we don't know, if Luise is getting much jobs in Paris. So just lets wait and see what happens.

Agencies do not just update the portfolio of models, which are in town. They normally always doing it, if they get new pics from clients, other agencies from different countries etc, because of the chance for direct bookings. But maybe she is back in Barcelona, and she was just for Basler in germany. Basler is not a big label as for example Givenchy, but still famous in the world and worn by a lot of huge celebritys.

There are so many ways to develope a model. Its not always, " doing a few tests and editorials - doing the 4 big FWs - hoping for campaigns" a lot of models haven't done the show seasons and were booked for big campaigns, maybe not chanel but a lot of other major clients: like Guess, Custo and so on. Look at Girls like Candice Swanepole, which got huge after doing VS, before she wasn't doing High Fashion, Or girls like Martina Dimitrova and Nicole Meyer , they were just doing editorials and got booked for major campaigns like Custo B and Guess. Actually I think, this is the plan with Luisa that they are going to do it different way. Maybe, because she is not 16 anymore or cause she is still with OE or whatever. But in the end, we don't know and just have to wait!

I think they did not use the other looks. Normally the Magazines, know before the shoot how many pages they want to fill. In this case probably 8, so I think the two big double page pictures where better than the 2 or 3 looks, which are missing. She looks gorgeous at studio kaprol.

Her walk was perfekt, a lot of people auf the audience took pictures of her, when she came out in the red outfit.

Saw the Riani show live an hour ago with Luisa. She had two looks and looked absolutely beautiful. Her second Look was an all red jumpsuit or trousers with a blouse. ( sorry don't remember anymore ) But she looked so stunning.

So I think she did open the show. Congrats for her! Actually I like that she is not "skinny skinny", she has more a sporty look! Her upper body looks well trained, she has a nice stomach. It suites like this maybe she will be more like Giselle, the sporty high fashion girl.

ohh the lookbook is really good, very elegant and her posing is much better. i wonder why IMG or even OE and Munich Models did not put her Zalando campaign/editorial in her online book or OE does not use her lookbook pics from Sinnleffers. Really liked the pictures. Maybe she also opend the show of cleo, cause a lot of times even the first girl whose walking the end défilé was opening the show.

Sheila is totally right! And when you think about it Mike B, if photographers or clients would tell her all the time how to pose, she wouldn't do the same in the most of the pictures for different jobs. Than you would see a variation. By the way I work in this industry, thats why I am sometimes a bit more critical. And indeed, the clients love her, cause we all know she is a really beautiful girl with a fantastic unique look!

The Iconic pics are really sweet. Love the second last one the most. I do also like the hairstyling, but I am not so happy with her posing. She really has to learn to do diffrent poses, some for fashion and some for catalogue. She uses the same poses for every job. For the Iconic these catalogue poses are fine, but even there the arm poses getting a bit annoying. And she is doing the same at the fashion week promotional pictures, and there are more editorial so it does not really fit. In my opinion, she needs to look in more in magazines what other models or topmodels are doing or even in catalogues, to have more variation. But thumbs up for seeing her working so well.

I think it is for the online shop. Not the online kataloge, but the online campaign. the pictures you see on the frontpage of the website, when they show the models with a few different styles for the differen catagories they have, or for different occasions.

ZeroNull is totally saying what I am thinking. Luisa has really thick hair so it is much more difficult to make cuts sheila showed us. The hairdresser would have to make the hair thinner, as they did on GNTM and I think its not that easy to do this with long hair. There are also a lot of girls wich started there career with long her and switched to short her and worked much better. No, sheila it is colored. just the tip of her hair is pink, that could not be from the window. Maybe she had a punk editorial, after seeing her in the journal magazine, cause the look there is also a bit more punky and rough. I didn't like her with long her on her introduction video and I didn't like it on the mermaid picture. I think short her suites much better, but thats just my taste. But it's true that she would probably get more jobs. And about VS: They always take girls with long hair, because the should look like typical bombshells. But we cannot compare Luisa with Models in a VS casting, she is so far away being VS Model. Let's better looking forward that she gets more recognition in the european and american fashionmarket, and that she will walk at the next a/w 14 shows.

one some pics i like it and in some not. sometimes she looks to ordinary and her face gets more round with long her. but maybe it is just because of the light and they it was photographed. so wanna see it in a editorial to make my final decision.

Nice to see her being now on womens board. so she will get more money for jobs. the online portfolio is okay, but as i said before, it is not that important. just a few clients or photographers look at the online portfolio, cause the agency normally send sedcards to clients.

the pictures are all a great. I understand what ZeroNull means, cause I was thinking almost the same. She really has to learn more poses. Getting more range of it, so that some pics don't look a bit to boring, like pic nr.2 . But all and all good job. And hey its ELLE.

Guys PLEASE !!!! Stop complaining about her all the time. We don't know what she is doing in Germany, if she is a allowed to go to another City, back to NY/Sydney or not. IMG can't decide her next steps, cause OE is still her mother agency. If they don't want she cannot do anything. And PLEASE stop comparing her with the supermodels of the 90s. It was a different time and different way building models. I know we all see much potential in her and we all whish her great succes, but don't forget there are hundreds of other beautiful looking newfaces and a lot of them has also a unique look. It is not that easy to get booked for the best magazines, you need a great booker, who loves you, with a lot of contacts, a photographer who shoots for the magazine and loves your look and the fashion editor who loves your look and you also have to fit in the editorial. they first create the ideas of an editorial before they book the model. So I know waiting is hard, but if something new comes up. somebody of us will find it and tell all of us as always.

don't like the luxuar pic. she looks not fit and a bit cheap, like a wanna be model. also not so special, because it's a gntm/oe cooperation, so she has to get booked for it. journal cover is very nice.
