all the important casting directors are at nyfw, and she isn't a new face any more. so just starting in London or Milan isn't going to work. she would need to do ny at first, maybe do London and than Milan and Paris. As a promising new faces you can skip ny and London and start in Milan.

her Brigitte Editorials are very beautiful but you can clearly see, that she works a lot of commercial jobs. Her Poses are often not very effortless and more Catalogue poses.

I disagree, in case of she is skinnier than other models. most of the hf and at least new face models are very skinny. don't get me wrong for sure she is/looks super skinny on that picture, but i think she is still just the kind of person getting skinnier more easily than gaining weight. And if you haven't had a super show season yet, it's easier to get noticed by casting directors being super skinny. I also think that she has strong connection with her family and if it would be to critical than her mother would probably intervene.

I also just saw it on her insta. But maybe she has to say, her agencies still gonna look at her Insta sometimes and you never know which casting director is also following her. I've met Serlina and her both life in flatshoes and Serlina was definitely not taller than 1,77-78. But Celine was taller. Probably the same thing as Cara Delevingne or Karlie Kloss.

As I said before: I really don't think there is a real plan for her. She is just a working Model. Problem also is that we don't know which of the agencies is her mother agent. Is it Elite Milan or is MM. If it is MM than it everything makes sense cause they did the same with Luisa and Carolin. Just letting her do every job without being strategic. And you can't even blame the models not to switch. 1. they don't know better and 2. why bother if you earn that much money. She needs to have a good mother agency who knows how to make the right steps. Another thing is, her portfolio is pretty different in every country. Most of the times the portfolio is almost the same everywhere if you look at other topmodels online portfolios. that is super weird.

I have worked with Celine at Berlin Fashion Week and yes she is for sure 180 or taller.

Good for her being liked by Elle I also really like the kind of Grunge Bob hair length she has on the Purification Garcia online shop pics. she really needs a bit longer her to shine. And sheila sorry but please stop writing Elle French. It makes me cringe so hard. It's either Elle France or French Elle. No hate, just constructive criticism ?

I could imagine its the for the onlineshop of balmain but if it is the lookbook or campaign that would be major .

LOL she is like running away from them at the end But no SooJoo was clearly struggling with the shoes. But she still needs to learn to look stronger on the runway and I have to say her short hair cut looks better on pictures than on the runway.

Jeez most models were painful to look at, cause the walks were horrible. Even SooJoo couldn't walk.

As she is more a commercial Model, it is better to built up her book before going to the US. The competition is much harder, cause there so much more models than in the european markets and personality wise they are much more competitive. Having a strong book is always good to have even if she has a big following on social media which is also much more important in the US market.

Why does everybody say she is in big trouble ?? is there more information than just the losing the case ? i mean yeah she is stick to the contract with OE and maybe has to pay a bit more of all the Attorney costs but did something more happen to her ?

I know the OE struggle but its more wishful thinking. Or maybe pulling a Serlina and being with another Agency in Germany but not making it public. If Serlina is still with Modelwerk after they took her from the webpage. Elite is really good agency but again it is a big one. They sign a lot of promising newfaces every year, so if you don't have booker who believes in and pushes you, you maybe just become a normal working model. Which is fine if you just okay doing that. It's same if you are with IMG or Next. But with her potential she obviously needs a good booker who pushes her and really manages her career. Thats why a " smaller agency" with good contacts is most of the time better than being in a big one with a lot of competition.

A lot of the TIAD girls starting to work very well now. Even girls which dosen't have the right measurements. T he Casting directors are the same for Male and Female Models, and most of the time the more classic Model looking boys from TIAD working the best, so if they would have a girl with a more classic Model look she could go far with there contacts. DNA/Viva/Marilyn are good, but I think to have an undercover good German mother agency would be better as she can be based in germany and as most of the german agencys don't have several high fashion potential Models, its would be better for as she gets more pushed.

She definitly needs a better management. She needs to develop her book, getting some good editorials and really need to work on her walk. Her potential shouldn't be wasted like that. But you really can see the they don't have a real plan with her. Thats why they booked the job in Cuba and all these things. She needs a really good agent like AM Modelmanagement / SMC Modelmanagement / M4 Models or even tomorrowisanotherday who have good contacts to casting directors.

She wasn't super late, as LFW was still running and I know some other Models came at the same time and managed to book shows. But yeah maybe they really just send her to the Big Castings. But as I said look is really more important than the walk at least if you are a newface. A good strong walk is just the cherry on the top. She can do the big 4 in September. It's not like they wouldn't allow her to do the shows. Clients ask all the time if you did shows, cause depending on which shows you did it makes a model more valuable. They should just send her to everything and than see what happens, other Models also have done A and B shows in one season.

She isn't on the Modelwerk website anymore. But is the contract with OE for 2 years not just for the winner ?? I thought runner ups and everyone else is just 1 year.

But there must be a plan. I can't imagine not getting a single show, cause in the end it is more about the look than walk. You see many many newfaces and some established Models with horrible walks but still walking many shows. I can't imagine her not even getting smaller shows. I don't think she is going to be just a commercial Model at Elite. Than she wouldn't have booked those lookbooks in Milan.

In my opinion she could have fit for: Arthurs Arbresser, Alberta Feretti, N°21, Tods, Sportmaxx, Aigner until now. But it seems she booked something for tomorrow, as her Instastory is showing an early wake up call. Hopefully Jilsander
