I've become a huge supporter of hers. Not just because of her incredible beauty, but also because of who she is as a person. I know we all feel the same way and want to protect her interest. I'm sure I can speak for us all and say we are with you.

I wonder if anyone can confirm whether VS has done anything like this before? Like you said, VS needs to explain themselves on this one. Even if it is a replica bra, it is still highly disappointing.

I agree with crazy ride's analysis...it is a replica. This takes some of the sting out of it, but the principle remains the same. The replica should have been marketed by Candice during primetime, in front of a national audience. I'm not sure how this could be beneficial to Candice in any way.

Yea, Adriana raising hell behind the scenes makes more sense than Ale. I guarantee that if Candice puts her foot down, this type of BS will stop from here on out. We just need to encourage her to stand up for what is hers.

Why not wait until Candice gets back in a week and put her on primetime? Once the rest of the country sees her, they will come to love her. There was no need for this move. The fashion show is weeks away. Plenty of time to market Candice.

I don't mean to be rude, but that sounds like a total BS. They are both friends with Candice, they both had their FB and mostly, they know they are models and this is business, not a pegeant competition. We would be very silly to give those gossips a voice. Well, the German magazine sounds like it is making some sense. Why else would VS do this? Adriana has worn two FB's. The amount of work and exposure that VS gives to Candice has to irk some of the other models. Friendship and business are two different things. Once a model has worn the crown and been at the very top for so long, it becomes hard to give it up. There are only two explanations. Either this is a money grab and all around trashy move by VS, or its an inside job by Adriana and maybe Ale. I have no other explanation. This is unprecedented for VS to just give away one model's FB to another. Stop pimping Candice out and give her the respect she deserves.

I'm at a loss for words. This is a pretty garbage move by VS. I had hoped it was at least a replica. I feel so bad for Candice. Its like they pimp her out for all she is worth and then turn around and slap her in the face. I'm so disappointed I don't know what to say. Adriana doesn't even look right in it. Start from page 76 of her thread till the end, it is absolutely worth it. Like Edita, her body is on par with Candice.

Yes, it is not only rude but a blatant attempt to keep Adriana "happy", so they let her wear it or else she'll throw a little baby tantrum. I suggest we burn down the house of the idiot that said it was okay for her to wear it on the show when she CLEARLY has no right to wear it. A real man woulda said "NO" and let her walk off the set and just hire Candice in her place. That's the part I don't understand. I mean I know there's deadlines and stuff, but really would it of hurt them that bad to move the filming a week back when Candice was actually in the states. Thats the question of the day. I've made the comparison as best I could, and like you pointed out, some things don't add up. Why not wait until she gets back to start a publicity campaign? The VSFS isn't until Dec 10th. Is Adriana really on par with Candice at this point? Don't get wrong, I love Adriana and always will. She is still bad as hell. However, the new queen has no need of a supporting cast. Candice is now their biggest star and should be treated as such. Candice is super sweet and likely won't argue, so feel its up to us to do so. Adriana, who is still top of the line, once held this status, but does not any longer. Thus, Candice should be provided every top of the line marketing opportunity that is available. Not only is it good for VS, but it grows Candice's brand as well. It should be a two-way relationship. Having her Fantasy Bra or any major marketing opportunity concerning her fantasy bra attached to another model is clear violation in my book.

I thought the photo was old as well, and the girl to Adriana'a left sure looks a bit like Miranda. However, a moderator confirmed that it is a recent pic taken from the set of a CBS show here in the States. I maintain that the bar is likely a replica, but the principle remains the same. Candice is being slapped in the face.

I think it would've been great publicity for Candice to be the one acting in the episode (especially to get her more well known to the general public), I don't think they should've of used Candice's FB that was made for her using her body measurements. They could've made just as big of deal about it being Adriana Lima without the bra, she doesn't need it to stand out in front of the little actresses they hired. ((Also, I don't understand how it fits her... I always thought Adiranas boobs were at least 2 cup sizes bigger than Candice's?!?)) I don't think Adriana's boobs are two cup sizes bigger than Candice's boobs, that would mean she is a D, and that can't be. I always thought Candice was a small B, and Adriana was a big B, because if you see Adriana without a push-up bra her boobs don't look nearly so big, like in her candid photos wearing a bikini. Everything I have found says they are both a B. All of my research has Candice as a 32/33A and Adriana at a 34B. This seems right to me, as I have pics of both women nude. Candice's breast are not that big at all. Adriana is not two cup sizes larger than Candice. No way. As I stated earlier, it just does not look like the actual bra to me, but a replica instead. As for not being a big deal, Adriana has had a long time being number one. She is top three in VS history as far as respect, work, and reputation. She has had two fantasy bras. It is now Candice's time to sit the throne as VS's top model. Everything should be done to continue growing and nurturing her career. It is Candice we want to see featured during CBS's primetime lineup. CBS has plenty of top tier shows to expose her to the country at large: NFL Today, NCIS, NCIS LA, The Big Bang Theory, etc,. ^^^ Fair enough. I tried to compare the pics of Candice in her fantasy bra with the Adriana pic. Its hard to tell, but it does not look exactly the same. But it could be. With that being said, this may be shameless attempt by VS to get the fantasy bra before a primetime audience, as well as promote the upcoming fashion show. If that is the case, I have to agree with previous posters and cry foul. To wait until Candice is out of the country and then put her bra on Adriana is a complete slap in the face. I understand business as well as anyone, but they could have waited until Candice got back and then put her in front of a primetime audience, right before the fashion show. I'm sure it would not have been all that hard to do so. Adriana is one of the most respected and decorated models VS has ever had. She has worn the bra twice already. There is no need to cover her in Candice's glory. If this turns out to be what many think it is (a cash grab), I will have lost tons of respect for VS.
