Pictures can be really helpful, so you may want to upload some. Models usually lie about height adding an inch or so, either female or male. I think mainly a distinct look is what the client looks for, height may be a factor for runway work but so are good skin, proper measurements, taking care of yourself, etc. for a working model. You can always do commercial work (which pays more).
