I love the Beauty Rush swirl lipgloss in "The Big Caramapple". That shade is perfect on me. So I went back and bought two more, so I hopefully won't run out for a long, long time. I worked at VS briefly several years ago, before I got into banking. I liked it, but I muched preferred being at the cash register. Retail is not fun. I worked at a clothing store years ago and it was just myself and my manager one afternoon. At the time, I had not been trained on running their tills, so I was working the sales floor and helping customers while my manager was ringing people up. It wasn't busy, but there was a well-known lady who often stole from us in the store. So my manager had me following this lady around the store while she continued to ring up any customers in the store. The lady confronted me and shoved me into a rack of clothing, then ran out of the store. Needless to say, I didn't work at the store much longer and my manager got a harsh talking to from her boss about making the new girl try to stop a thief. <_< I have other stories about working in places that get ripped off a lot, but I'll refrain for now.

understood, kiddo and miss moiselles, just playing devils advocate here,without gisele do you think alessandra would have ever even been noticed enough to get vs? this is not being argumenative, im simply interested in what u think regarding that. my opinion is that most of the brazilian/south american girls owe their careers to gisele. until she came on the scene, the only south americans the modelling world knew were patricia velasquez,shirley mallman, and valeria mazza gisele opened many doors.and im saying all of this while i still dont like her! many of the classic girls who we consider staples of vs did many other things, so why judge her on that?> just curious, as ive said, i cant stand her... but my hatred aside, shes an amazing model. I always respect your opinion, Penny. And I agree, Gisele opened up the floodgates for the Brazilian models. I always thought Gisele was German because of her last name until I Googled her at the start of her career, only to realize she was Brazilian. By the way, Valeria is amazing. I definitely see what you mean. Gisele definitely started the Brazilian revolution in the modeling industry. And, even though I don't like her either, I can't deny the fact that she is damn good at what she does. However, to me, at least ... she's not the best fit for VS. She's better with other brands.
