Irina. I think she has the better body. Both of them have equally sexy faces. But Megan's portrayed personality is a huge turn-off.

I'm hoping they don't put Brooklyn on the cover. Don't get me wrong, she has a great body, but oh lawd that face... I just don't see the appeal. I've seen numerous candids of her and she looks like any average girl at the mall. I'm hoping for Irina or even Jarah. But anyone except Brooklyn!!!

I think her breast size fluctuates with her weight. When she had bigger breasts, she was carrying a few more pounds on her frame (circa Mean Girls). And when she lost all that weight with Nicole Richie, her boobs shrank. Now she seems to have lost weight again, thus why her breasts seem smaller/saggier. I have a good friend of mine who carries all her excess weight in her chest, which results in her breasts growing or shrinking. I, unlike my friend, gain all my excess weight in my midsection. Just different body types.

I think those pics originally came from one of her early FHM or Maxim shoots. Also, it's totally obvious by looking back at these old pictures that she's got collagen up in her lips now. Not that there's anything wrong with that, just putting it out there.

I think a lot of women dislike her because of her looks. She is beautiful, there is no denying that. And for most women, that is very threatening. I know when my fiance says "She's just alright..." he's totally lying. I have a love/hate relationship with Megan Fox. I love her 'cause she's drop-dead gorgeous, but hate her because of the attitude/personality she portrays (I will say "portrays" because I don't know her). I think most of the things that come out of her mouth detract from her beauty instead of help it. But that's just my opinion. Her photos in Cosmo are gorgeous, of course.

Does she work anymore? She looks really old. Man, she ruined herself!

Sometimes the changes are so subtle, that it's hardly noticed. If the actress or model gets it done young enough or early enough on in her career, the results might not be noticeable. Especially with photoshop, you never know what is really real unless you've seen it in person. Anyway, my point was that most breast implants turn out to be completely natural looking so long as the woman doesn't go overboard on the size of the implants for her body type/frame.

It was extremely painful to vomit. All the girls I know experienced discomfort and soreness, but none of them had vomiting and didn't describe the kind of pain I had. I think I expected it not to be so bad, so I was very surprised when it was more than I expected. I paid $6,100. Silicone is more expensive, due to the more natural feel than saline. Saline consists of pure salt water, thus why it is less expensive than the silicone gel. However, saline can feel somewhat like a bag of water when it's placed inside the body. I have two good friends who have saline and one of them let me feel her breasts and while there wasn't a huge difference, it is noticeable that mine are more natural feeling than hers and I don't have any rippling when I bend over (which is common with saline, especially in slender women). Silicone is about $1,000 to $1,500 more expensive than saline, so really not bad. I paid $550 for the anesthesiologist fees, another $1,100 for the hospital fees, then the cost of the implants itself, and the rest is doctors fees and whatnot. However, based on where you live, your surgery may be more or less expensive. I know that in places like Miami, NYC, L.A., Dallas, and Vegas are going to have much higher doctors fees than in the Midwest or other parts of the country. I got one of the best plastic surgeons in Portland and his work is amazing! I went to my personal physician for my yearly exam six weeks after my surgery and had to tell her I had breast implants before she performed my breast exam and she was amazed. She noticed I was larger, but had no idea they were implants. She said they were the best implants she'd ever seen done and I gave her the name of my surgeon to pass along to her patients who might come to her asking for plastic surgeon references. To have a doctor tell me she couldn't even tell I had implants is just to show how natural implants can end up being. I think a lot of people think of Pam Anderson when they hear "breast implants" or "boob job", but you'd be surprised how many women are walking around with implants and you'd never know it. I guarantee you plenty of models and actresses have them, we just don't know about it because the work being done is SO good and they don't go overboard. Honestly, I love answering these questions because there is so much wrong information out there about implants or people have their own completely ridiculous ideas of breast implants. So I'm happy to share my experiences and debunk some of those implant myths!

Even with breast implants, your breasts will still get bigger when you're pregnant. You still have all your natural fat tissue and milk glands, so even with breast implants, those suckers are gonna grow! Of course, after you have the baby and breast feed (which most women can breast feed normally after having breast implants), your breasts would shrink to close to the size they were before or however your body would normally react to pregnancy/breast feeding. I don't mind answering any questions you guys have!

I'll start by saying I had silicone gel breast implants through the nipple incision placed under the muscle. I went with silicone because they feel so much more natural than saline and the new silicone is completely safe! I did the nipple incision because I wanted very little scaring and the scars with the nipple incision fade away completely over time. And I chose the placement of the implants under the muscle because the results are very natural looking and feeling breasts with very little risk of rippling and some other things which I won't bother to get into. I had done my research months in advance before I even saw my plastic surgeon. I wasn't nervous at all when I went to the hospital to have this done. I was calm and relaxed and just wanted it over with. I had been planning the surgery for months, so I was definitely ready! They put me in the hospital room, laid me on the table with some warm blankets and then the anesthesiologist gave me some very nice medicine into my IV. Within seconds I was asleep. I woke up feeling very groggy but in no pain. I was in a hospital gown, but I tried to peek underneath. OMG, I had breasts! I was in a plain white cotton surgical bra with a tight velcro strap across the tops of my breasts to keep them down because implants always sit high on the chest for weeks or even months after surgery and this tight strap is to help them settle into place faster. Anyway, I had to pee SO bad when I woke up and I was extremely thirsty. So the nurse kept bringing me glasses of water. But they didn't want me to get up to go to the bathroom, so they gave me a bed pan. But I could not pee while I was laying down, so after I kept asking to be taken to the bathroom, the nurse finally gave in and slowly put me in a wheelchair and helped me to the bathroom. I was still attached to an IV, so it was an awkward process, but it was such a relief to pee. After that, I had to wait for a little while longer before they let me go home. The nurse wheeled me out to my car and my mom and my fiance took me home. It was on the drive home that I started to feel a little sore. Up until that point I had NO pain. It was just soreness but nothing else. I thought "This is going to be a breeze!" Boy, was I wrong. The next three days were hell. Because I had gone under the muscle, my whole chest was in pain, not just my breasts. I couldn't move. I couldn't sit up or feed myself or go to the bathroom by myself and I couldn't shower for four days. It was excruciating pain, the worst I've ever felt in my life. I slept a lot, but it wasn't restful sleep because I couldn't move. I don't think the pain meds helped much, to be honest. Then, on the second day, I woke up vomiting. OMG. It was the most pain I've ever had. My breasts and chest and all my muscles of my chest hurt, imagine vomiting on top of that. And then I vomited later that day. And then the next day. It was so awful. I'm so lucky I had my mom and my fiance to care for me because it was a full time job. By the 5th day I was walking around more normally and feeling much better. I actually went to the mall 5 days after my surgery to drop some work shoes off for repair, but that little outting wore me out and I had to go home to rest. After that day, I only took Tylenol and stopped taking the pain meds I was given. On the 7th day after surgery, I could've gone back to work. I was feeling SO much better. On day 8, I saw my plastic surgeon for the first time and he said my breasts were healing beautifully and gave me the green light to buy new bras that fit comfortably! I also drove myself downtown for a hair appointment on that day as well. I went back to work on day 12 and had no problems. I'm about 2 and 1/2 months post-op and my breast are SO soft and natural-feeling and they look amazing! I would totally go through all that pain again.

DAMN. I never even noticed she has small breasts and I've seen a couple of films she's been in supporting acts or w/e. It's true though, and I don't think that much press is made about it either, unlike Keira Knightly. Although she's another one who doesn't seem to care much. I am totally with you though, despite not being a girl, I can't understand why girls would want bigger breasts either. The only possible reason I can think of is for guys, to impress the guys. As someone who had smaller breasts (34B) and recently received breast implants (now a full 34D) it was not to impress guys as I am happily taken. I've always wanted larger breasts (from the early age of 13) and felt like something was lacking. After having the surgery, I truly feel like these are the breasts I was meant to have. They feel completely natural and look amazing! Every woman has her own personal reason for wanting larger breasts or getting plastic surgery. Don't be so quick to judge, because it is a very, very private and personal decision that each woman has to make on her own. I love my new larger breasts and I would do it all over again if I had to. It was so worth it!
