One of the best VS commercial. All the girls were goddess. That's why they're still happening. That shot with Gisele having her leg on the dressing table and Adriana sitting near her, does anyone have the pic? I could've sworn I saw the pic before This is the main commercial that got me obsessed with Adriana. Her and Anabb looked sooo sexy. VS doesn't make commercials like this anymore. VS doesn't do ANYTHING like they use to anymore, once adriana leaves they are gonna be a lost cause They cut the panties??? WHY is vs so stupid these days. Sad but true. I always hope that maybe when Adriana finally leaves VS the company might be able to hold up good without her especially if they have good models, but the direction VS is going and with the models they are choosing I feel like they are going to be a mess when Adriana leaves. Oh once Adriana and Alessandra leave VS will be a hot mess. Thats for sure.

Yep, I remember seeing a couple of interviews where she was asked about movie offers but she said that she didnt just wanna jump into it because she wanted to take acting lessons first and be good at it and that she had received a few. She basically stated she didn't want to be the stereotypical model turned actress. If VS canceled this womans contract you can bet your ass we'd see her more often in other things. Its just that VS pays her that good.

I do appreciate that she isnt a fame whore like Alessandra and Miranda. Miranda only got recognition because she was the first australian angel and she married orlando bloom. But he himself isnt even that famous right now. Alessandra has always been in Gisele's and Adriana's shadow so as much as she tries she will never be as famous as the other too. But at least both Miranda and Alessandra do a variety of things outside VS. Hell even Candice does too.

I kinda liked how Adriana is secretive and how she did the occasional event here and there. It made her more desirable. But like everyone else, its just enough already. Shes at the last few years of her modeling career, a model's shelf life usually ends around 35 years old. She has had the fans, presence, and beauty to become the biggest name in the industry yet she let Gisele overtake that spot. Because she just chose to like only do VS, whereas most of the other recognizable models did any major campaign they could. VS isnt all that anymore and i guess she didnt get the memo. It would be so awesome for her to do big name fashion houses runway shows and campaigns in europe and brazil again but we all know that will never happen.

I think Adriana has to be the most famous model on the internet. Everyone I know, knows who Adriana is. But they also know who Gisele is. Moreso Gisele.

Well I discovered Adriana when I saw her in a commercial, it was the VS 2003 commercial with the other top angels. At the time I knew who Gisele was, only her. Because of the movie Taxi and how the media kept pushing her onto the public as the hottest thing around. I was just like "meh". Then this commercial aired. When I saw Adriana throughout the commercial and at the end I didn't know her name at the time or who she was, in my mind I was just like "dayuuuum who in the hell is this stunning perfectly tanned exotic blue-green eyed brunette white girl?!!!". LOL. I made it my mission to find out her name. Her name wasn't in the media alot during that time but I kept googling til eventually I found out that she was a brazilian genetic phenomenon. ^^ That would kind of suck if Ale left VS next year. I hope she renews her contract and stays a couple more years like Heidi did. I know she has been a bit boring lately, but I think its in part because the fact that VS has been pushing these new boring angels more and more lately and toning Ale down. Maybe the fantasy bra was her farewell gift lol. Doutzen did rock it this year. She is after all like the most beautiful blonde. Given the fact that VS uses Frida, Barbara, Toni, Shanina etc in their shows, it kinda confuses me how out of these models not even one is made an angel yet Erin, Lily, Chanel, Behati and Lindsay are? I too wonder what kind of special segment they will have this year on the angels during the show.

^^Adriana looks freakin gorgeous in that vid!!!! She looks perfectly fine to me, I know she isn't it "tip top" shape, but damn she blows me away each time. And her presence and facial beauty,, I didn't even notice any of the other models lol.

^^ I think Doutzen comes second to Adriana in facial beauty. Right now Doutzen looks a little aged in the face and a little bit harsh from the dramatic weight loss. But they are definitely the top 2 most beautiful in the face. Polls are kind of irrelevant anyways. I think most people see Doutzen as "prettier" and Adriana as "sexier". They tend to generalize.

Candice is amazing, i mean its pretty obvious she has no competition in the body dept. Shes the only "new" angel that totally deserves the title. I just wish she would stop smoking.

Right now its about Candice, candice, and candice. As sexy as she is with that impossible body, shes about as exciting as sand paper. The new angels are a dime a dozen, i cant remember them half the time, only adriana, ale, doutzen, and miranda are memorable. And these 4 women have said they plan to have more children. So the future of VS does not look good. They should go back to their roots on models and have an actual fashion show, not a crazy performance act.

It's been like this since the 2007 mess LOL dying cat, so 100% right and this has been a mess since Gisele left 2007. I dont see Ale much there longer, heard her contract was up next year. If Ale leaves, Adriana might be tempted to leave as well. I remember when Daria and Ana Beatriz turned down VS angel contracts, just goes to show its not all that anymore like it was late 90s early 2000's. Wouldnt be surprised if they cancel the show altogether in the future. Each year the show is a worse disaster. I dont see that VS has the prestige it once did of actual supermodels. Adriana is the only one left of those "original" supermodel angels.

VS has gone down the drain lately. And its basically all their fault. I mean they opened the show with a circus theme and had no talent lip synching beiber on there? Just proved it has turned into a circus show. I no longer see VS as the holy grail that houses elite models anymore,.like it once used to back in the day when Gisele was there. The only remaining model that has that kind of status is Adriana. Just look at their current selection of Angels. For one they have too many. Lily, Lindsay, Behati, Erin, Chanel are not angel material. I can think of quite a few more beautiful models with more presence and character. Candice only gets by because of her impossible body. Adriana will get back in total shape soon enough.

Ok first of all Ale gave birth in May, that gives her a hell of a lot more time to get in shape. After her first pregnancy it took her a long time to to get back in shape and get rid of the bloat in her abdomen. The second time around she did alot better. And so will Adriana. Some people dont understand that some women retain fluids and bloat after pregnancy and it can take a while to et back to your bikini body no matter how much exercise you do. And to all the sites and people bashing her, she still looks hell of a lot better than 99% of fatass america. Once shes back again to her rockin bod people will shut up. This reminds me of when Karolina Kurkova showed up on the Cia Maritima runway a few sizes bigger and she was bashed consistently for looking that way. Im a realist though, I know Adriana is far from her top form in this years show, but the fact that she went out there like that anyways shows how humble and self confident she is. I think most models wouldnt do it or theyd starve. The only problem area is see is her abdomen/gut. I happen to like the wider hips and curvier thighs.

Yep, and Karlie shouldn't be in this period. Doutzen and Candice blew the rest of the models out of the water. Miranda wasn't too bad either but not a big fan. Frida looked so tall and statuesque. I, just like everyone else, wish they had done something different with Adriana. This was a disaster.

I totally agree with you. I didn't mind the ringleader outfit but that other red one was horrid. As we can all see her mid section still needs work. And every year they put the models in the same type of outfits. I love Adriana, but they should of used only outfits on her like the ones they used on Heidi and Alessandra when they weren't in their best shape. I also don't like her current hair, I feel it needs to be darker. She did look better at the after party though. No wings, and they give the lead angel only 2 outfits? Screw VS.
