yeah that happened to me too, whenever I order stuff, some of it is on backorder <_< With swimsuit separates (instead of sets where both the top and the bottom are the same size)I think it's especially bad because then people end up buying more of one size, so they run out of that one faster. It's good for the people overall, because not everyone is the same size on the top and bottom, but bad when people have to wait for their sizes, or if they run out of them completely obviously not my scan

Molly Sims is from Kentucky I read that article in Vanity Fair (the "Supermodel Issue") about "the Brazilians are finished!" (E. Volodina's quote) I think it's way too early to say that...not to mention pretty conceited of Eugenia. Look, as much as I love Valentina Zeliaeva, Natalia Vodianova, Karolina, etc, I love Adriana, Gisele, Ale, Ana BB, etc more. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Eastern Europe doesn't have quite as much the variety to match Brazil's. Of course the fashion industry doesn't choose their models based on my preferences, though.

Did you even read my post or did you just look at the pic? If you had read it, you would have seen that I was NOT saying that Adriana ever looked like that or should look like that, but that it's a sample of what her competition might look like IF she decided she wanted to REALLY get back into high fashion runway work (not limited to Brazilian swimwear and the such). FV has said that she will be doing some shows in Brazil this year to make this a little more on topic

I actually don't think she gained that much weight at all. What I AM saying is look how much skinnier (not in an attractive way) she was earlier in her career when she was doing mostly runway work, and also look at the top runway models of today in comparison to her. (see picture below) That's what's out there and that's what she'd be competing with. High fashion runway models have to be the thinnest of the thin. She's never really been one of the high fashion honeys, and IF she wanted to seriously get back into runway (I don't think she needs to, but this is a hypothetical situation) she would be competing with thinner mods of 16, 17, 18... (or even younger, as in the case of Gerren Taylor), and therefore would most likely have to lose weight to keep with the current trend, even as thin as she is now. Would you like it if she had to start looking like this? (btw I did not title this image..I got it from the Hana thread. I don't condone calling every skinny girl anorexic.)

I think it's easier for you to say that because you're a pretty. Let's face it: most girls who are unhappy enough with their appearances to want plastic surgery wouldn't create avatars and signature images of themselves on an internet forum. There are some people who can do that, and others who fixate on their "flaw(s)" to such a degree that they become antisocial, avoiding going out in public because they think they're too hideous and repulsive, depressed, etc. Probably they could benefit from psychological help, but if it's like ONE procedure (I'm not talking Extreme Makeover), I don't think I have any right to look down on them for doing something about it.

Agreed, but I feel like if she wanted to go back to doing more runway, she'd have to get like Hana Soukupova skinny. Which I would not prefer. She doesn't need to anyway, definitely not from a financial standpoint.
