I think the promotion depends on the country. In Canada, the show was promoted pretty heavily on Global (the channel that aired it). The promo played during every commercial break throughout last week. Maybe that's why, for me at least, the whole show was a bit underwhelming, but I didn't have any high expectations for it from the beginning.

Unfortunately, it was because she was a WAG. One of the casting directors, Sophia Neophitou, famously said: "You'll never see Kate Upton on the VSFS. She looks like a footballer's wife." Also, VS tends to go after HF girls as opposed to the older days where SI girls were also in the show.

Yeah, I don't understand why is it so hard for them to give an announcement such as : " We welcome so and so to our VS family. Her personality and hard work make her a great addition to our company and we are excited to have her as a new Angel". I mean, for all the scripted crap they put in this show and the VSFS show, I'm sure they could figure something out.

Martha seemed a bit of a tease in the segment with Jac and Stella, but it could have been edited to look that way. However, not a good look.

So, to review: Jac and Elsa - awesome and very personable Martha, Jasmine and Stella - meh... Just nice Too much Candice and Behati. I feel like this is Lily's and Ale's farewell swim shoot Adriana was gorgeous but there wasn't enough of her. Joan was nice, but she was only there because she's Puerto Rican. For me the real star was Napoleon. He should be the next Angel.
