Watched Session today. The trailer makes it seem terrible, and though I admit it isn't Oscar-worthy I can honestly say I think Bar actually did a really good acting job! There's this scene at the end which is rather emotional and I really felt for her!

Session. Not as bad as I expected
  4. That's what happend to me with One Flew Over The Cuckoo's nest However I still think it might be better. Books can say way way more than films can, but there are also things they can't do. Comical timing for instance. How could you describe Martini even better?

Joseph Gordon-Levitt Makes Premium Rush Bosses Pay for Broken Car Mirror Producers behind Joseph Gordon-Levitt's new movie Premium Rush had to cover the cost of a New Yorker's broken car mirror after the actor accidentally crashed into the vehicle as he practised cycling at high speeds for the film. The Dark Knight Rises star plays a Big Apple bike messenger in the fast-paced action movie, but he ran into a little trouble with a motorist after losing control of his bike on a busy road. He tells BlogTalkRadio.com, "Early on in the shoot, probably day two or three, I was just warming up before we got our first shot and I was riding around without a brake which was silly. "If you do that you should be a better cyclist. I got to be good but if you ride around without a brake you need to be very good, so that was foolhardy of me to be riding around without a brake. And I took off someone's side mirror!" Gordon-Levitt admits the driver was initially furious, until the actor assured him production bosses would pay for the damage. He says, "The guy was relatively cool about it; he was p**sed at first which was a little intimidating. I was apologetic and told him I was in the middle of shooting a movie and they (producers) will totally pay for your mirror. (I told him), 'Just tell them about it but I gotta go!' He came to the set and they paid for his mirror". The smashed mirror wasn't Gordon-Levitt's only accident during the shoot - he needed 31 stitches to his arm after smashing through the rear windscreen of a taxi cab when a cycling stunt went awry.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt Smashed Through Car Window As Stunt Went Wrong Joseph Gordon-levitt was flung through the rear window of a taxicab when a cycling stunt he was involved in went awry whilst he was speeding through real traffic. Levitt was filming a scene from his new movie Premium Rush, in which he plays a New York bike messenger. The actor was speaking to BlogTalkRadio.com about the incident, that he describe as the worst on-set injury he has sustained to date, when he insisted the crash could "have been a lot worse." The Dark Knight Rises star also said that thanks to his quick reflexes he managed to avoid any real damage, saying he " got [his] elbows up; all the boxing training came in handy. Otherwise who knows what would've happened to my face." The crash resulted in Levitt requiring 31 stitches on an impressively sized gash down his arm, but thankfully he did not attain any other injuries in the crash. The film's writer/director David Koepp was filming the stunt on his iPhone at the time and managed to catch the whole accident on film. The filmmaker has since decided that he will include the footage from his phone over the end credits of Premium Rush so that fans can see for themselves just how lucky Joseph was.

Bradley Cooper calls Dax Shepard 'a talented filmmaker' - See video Actor Bradley Cooper stars in Dax Shepard's new film "Hit & Run" and the actor talked about working with his friend on the film, who he described as "a talented filmmaker."When asked at the film's premiere earlier this month if the film turned out well because of the chemistry of the cast, Cooper told us, "I think it's because he wrote a great script with great characters and then on top of that he got his friends together to do it." "I think at his core, he's a talented filmmaker," the 37-year-old added. "'Cause you can get your buddies together and have a great time and make a not make a very good anything. So it's really because of him that he wrote such a great script and he had a vision for how to tell it." Shepard plays a former getaway driver named Charlie Bronson who jeopardizes his Witness Protection Plan identity in order to help his girlfriend (Kristen Bell) get to Los Angeles. A U.S. Marshal and Charlie's former gang, including Cooper's character, a friend who went to jail because of Bronson, chase them on the road. Shepard wrote the film and co-directed the movie with David Palmer. The movie also stars Kristin Chenoweth, Beau Bridges, Michael Rosenbaum and Tom Arnold. Shepard, Cooper and Arnold worked together on Shepard's 2010 mockumentary "Brother's Justice." The actor described "Hit & Run" as, "a road-movie-rom-com-screwball-comedy-dark-drama." Cooper joked that working with Bell and Shepard, who have been engaged since 2010, was "a nightmare." He later added that audiences will really like "[shepard and Bell's] relationship, which is amazing in the movie, and I think the car chases and I think the jokes are funny. Tom Arnold is great." "Hit & Run" hit theaters on August 22. Check out the trailer below. http://www.ontheredcarpet.com/Bradley-Cooper-calls-Dax-Shepard-a-talented-filmmaker---See-video/8786297

Tom Hardy, Shia LaBeouf and Jason Clarke: the actors playing the Bondurant brothers in Lawless Tom Hardy plays Forrest Bondurant, the laconic brother who controls the family's bootlegging operation Hardy is a thinking man's tough guy. He combines a raw, muscular screen presence with a fierce intelligence that simmers beneath the surface and occasionally bubbles over. As well as Forrest Bondurant in Lawless, the 34-year-old has played a number of men not to be messed with: the eponymous scourge of the British prison system in Nicolas Winding Refn's 2008 film Bronson; a martial arts fighter in last year's Warrior; and most recently the bull-necked villain Bane in The Dark Knight Rises. He has also turned in memorable performances in Inception and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (as agent Ricki Tarr). As Bronson (a role for which he packed on three stone of muscle) Hardy was all talk, running verbal rings around wardens, psychologists and fellow prisoners and delivering unhinged soliloquies – when he wasn't laying waste to his surroundings. In Lawless, by contrast, as the family's seemingly indestructible middle brother Forrest, he speaks only when he has to. His default utterance is a grunt – that's how he responds when Jessica Chastain's glamorous dancer Maggie swans into town and takes a shine to him – but in spite of his taciturn nature, you can feel the heat of Forrest's intelligence. Jack may have greater ambition, but Forrest understands the limits of family power. "Tom's take on the character was quite audacious," says John Hillcoat, the film's director. "He saw Forrest as the matriarch and the patriarch of the family, in the wake of their parents' deaths. He wanted to explore Forrest's softer side and play him in a quiet, contained way."
