Because of Metin. Yeah, she posted ONE damn guru. But after that she made it clear she was still catholic with other posts. But not only has this stuff intensified but she is also not posting much of her work. She would barely promote VS when the show was happening. Literally when she was posting that guru and stuff, she was STILL saying she loved lingerie modelling and defended her LOVE magazine video. Now she is speaking against. Now she stop posting this stuff, she speaks against her job, and she has been thanking metin for something every other post. Something is not right and it starts with Metin. You have to understand, Adriana has always been terribly influenced by the men in her life. This is something not alot of fans realize or know. Joe ended up being an abusive basket case, her fans didn't like him because they already saw it and she would block fans on IG who didn't like the way he was. She trained the hardest when she was with him too, thats why she looked so bad and tired at the the 2015 VSFS. With Julian, she literally cancelled gigs and jobs to spend time with him.This is nothing different, its just Metin influence on Adriana is showing in a different way. Per fucking usual. But Adriana has kids and stuff. Kids she needs to provide for and kids whose saftey and privacy she needs to insure. She gotta stop letting these men influence her so much if she isn't even married to them yet. Until that happens, she is just taking risks.

I doubt it. Adriana is as stubborn as a mule. You can't tell her shit. It doesn't matter if she is out here looking crazy or rumors get started or this may cause her to not get anymore jobs in modelling. In her mind she is thinking another way and she is "in love" and thats literally all that matters. Not herself, not her career, and to be painfully honest not even her family. The last time she thought rationally and correctly when she was with a man, was when she was with Marko. Every since then she has had guys out here making her look foolish and do foolish things (remember she cancelled gigs just to spend to with julian), and guys who ended up being stalkers and talked shit about her kids who she let them be around (Joe). And now guys who has her turning her back on what she stood for and said and maybe even jeopardizing her career in the process.

And now she is saying the opposite and leaving messages to metin talking like he is her god. I don't know whether to be scared or upset by her behavior. As a fan for years it just pisses you off to see how she will just let a man control her and have her doing and now saying all kinds of stupid shit. Will somebody who doesn't want to sleep with Adriana, help her and talk some sense into her. Ya'll know I am fan but we have witnessed her do crazy and bad things because of a guy she was dating TOO much.

She's being stupid and heavily influenced by somebody. She doen't mean that. A few months ago she was saying the opposite. And yeah, she will pretend that VS isn't an empty cause, though it is.

Yeah, at this point she may as well just quit. Move to turkey with him and let him continue to overly influence her and control her. Adriana has been in this business for 18 years and she is saying shit like this now? It does not add up. It does not make sense. And she is essentially going against herself and her job. She is going to let a man cause her to sabotage HERSELF. Where is her team or her mother because this is not good.

I don't think VS itself triggered it or Love magazine. Nobody knows what triggered besides her friend. People are just saying is she is about to retire because she is a model. This is her job. She is basically speaking out against it. It does not matter if she has clothes on or not, she could be covered all the way up, and some women still will feel insecure or whatever because of her face, or eyes, or hair. She doesn't need to take off her clothes for that to happen. This doesn't make sense. And now it looks like she is slapping the entire industry and who she works for in the face. She could be sabotaging herself and more than likely her author boyfriend is the reason. Even the dailymail was perplexed calling it a "ramble" and stuff, whats going on with her? This is strange and everybody else can see it.

Maybe because thats not what she wants to do. Thats their life, its not hers. She was given something else that they weren't and thats a show. THATS what slowed her down this year, as well as age. Alessandra's modelling career was no better than hers, as they are both 36.

Yeah see, like I said this is scary and its sad. Metin is another MAN. He is not god. He isn't even her husband. As I have said before, I blame it on Adriana's dad and his abandonment of her. Women who grow up like that, end up like this.

Although I think I understand what she was doing better, I also still think that too. Every since Marko she has let a man in her life shape the person that he is. Both consciously AND unconsciously. I say unconsciously because after Marko she became colder and harder and everybody noticed it. But ofcourse she didn't want to be like that on purpose, her experience with divorce just affected her. Then with Joe's ass she got into fitness too much and it seemed like her wadrobe was more conservative because of him. Julian/Matt? She was ok because she was being more lowkey with them. But Metin, her social media activity and the things she posts speaks volumes. I honestly think thats why she is barely posting these days and as much anymore. And when she does there is a reference to metin majority of the time now. I am happy she atleast KNEW she lost herself and all that. But one thing she still can't learn to stop doing is shaping who she is based off of the man she is with. Its scary how influenced she can be, esp when she obviously don't even realize it. I bet majority of people who have seen her post these days know all of her non-work related post are influenced by the man she is with.

I highly doubt it. She probably THINKS that VS isn't an "empty" cause. But it actually is. I think after reading some comments, I kinda get her intention more but I still don't agree with it. I think its up to her friend to be more secure about herself and all of that than everybody else. Adriana was never one of the people who showed off on social media alot anyway. And yes, social media can be toxic, esp when IG models and makeup gurus photshop themselves to death (thats why they never look as good in person) and having others wanting to look like them. But they don't even look like that. I still don't think she should let that spill into her own actual line of modelling work outside of social media. Which, it probably won't anyway, thats why shouldn't have said anything lol. She is a model at the end of the day, clothes on or not, women will always feel some way when they see her.

Because she is risking sounding hypocritical and even lying. Thats why I said she needs to clear up what she said for the sake of her integrity. If she doesn't want to be NUDE anymore, she should say that. Because just saying she would no longer take off her clothes, means you won't see her underclothes AKA bras and panties and lingerie, those are not perceived as just clothes. Also, nudity isn't even allowed for instagram. Whatever video she was asked to do, to post on there, it couldn't have been nude anyway because you're not allowed to post it. It had to be some half naked kind of thing, which again, falls into the same lines of VS kind of modelling I just find it annoying, and as much as I love Adriana, honestly not smart to say what she did. Because we are sure she is not done with being a VS model or anything else along those lines. So don't even post something like this for millions of people to see because the moment she promotes that modelling people will remember this "declaration" and it won't be pretty. She should have kept this between her and her friend.

Yeah so does anybody get that. I don't. Sounds like she should be retiring honestly. She is still a VS angel. She will have to take her clothes off and the reason why, will also be empty. And I don't get what the friend had to do with ANY of this. This is just asking for her to be made fun of because of her job and the fact that this does not make sense. People are literally asking her if she is leaving VS and modelling now. She can't post what she did and still continue with what she has been doing with her career. If she is still going to be a model and if she don't want more rumors of her leaving VS to happen, she needs to clear up what she said.

I am terribly confused by her IG post. I don't understand any of it. Did someone ask her to film some sexy video for free? And what did her friend have to do with her decision? And why would she say the last sentence about no longer taking her clothes off when she is still a Victoria's Secret model?? Her clothes will have to come off unless she retires. And I surely don't understand the feminist aspect of it..
