Not just on social media, I have on places like YouTube and other forums. Yeah that happens everywhere but it doesn't make it right nor okay. It just something people have to deal with because its systematic and put into a lot of places and cultures. But still doesn't make it ok Yeah it's all sad but it's a reason not to be bombed out about her not being apart of that, the way I see it

She isn't white, that's enough. Black isn't just the only race that can experience that. But Adriana famously claimed Afro Brazilian, that's black Brazilian. Last year I read a study about people like Adriana in Brazilian, mixed and racially ambiguous, they lie on social media and try to pass as not mixed at all. It's common, there is a reason for that. And some friends who lived in Brazil said it is harder for people of color there. Not just full black. And you should tell that to the people who we have seen on social media saying racist things because of African blood she has. Again, she didn't " lose opportunities" or chose to not work a lot there. It's not given to her as much. Adriana goes to Brazil every single time work comes along it seems. Adriana will go to Turku for work. Italy. And she still does charity work in Brazil. It's not like she ignoring her country when it comes to doing anything there. I am sure if she was given more Brazilian work, we'd see more Brazilian work. But she isn't either way, whether it's her accent or Portuguese or the path she chose to identify or what she looks like or what part of Brazil she is from, it's discrimination. According to some people, it's nothing new of an issue. There are some people like Adriana who feel the need to pass off as something else. and I am not gonna be disappointed that she wasnt chose to represent that

That is interesting because so many brazilians have said that, even people who have family/friends from brazil, said they say the same things. Alot of girls look like adriana there, apparently to them. People do say brazil is where alot of mixed people are from so I would imagine gisele is like exotic there, since she is a white brazilian. Which part of brazil is adriana from? I know gisele is south.

The brazilians who are proud of her I noticed are from where she is. She has some Brazilian fans, Sophia is from there , but on a broad scale, Adriana isn't that cared about. And she never got much work there. Those who are friendlier about how unimpressed they are about her say she is like common, she is basic to them. Somebody like Gisele is exotic and rare and all of that . they are impressed by the Gisele and Alessandra type more than Adriana, so some say

Thats the way it is up there for her. she will be doing something and I bet she will still be talked about because people outside of Brazil are probably gonna see gisele and wonder where adriana and alessandra are. Maybe they will do something for the closing. If not, I really don't care. Adriana has always been treated like that by brazil. Some of those people even say racist things about her. I think thats the reason for her treatment there, I think that's why she isn't that patriotic and thats why I could care less about them "accepting"her enough to do any of that . Shouldn't care.

It looks like she may be a youtuber. Those people go places these days lol or maybe she has had the chance to work with a kardashian or something, you never know lol, some people get over 1 million if they have cute kids.

lais has been there for a WHILE compared to all the others. And I like her, and I would love to see that with her, but she is like the extreme form of behati. I feel like VS would make her wait a long while. They don't even use her much anymore. They wait until she became an angel and then stopped. So damn backwards. To play devil's advocate, in addition she is a WOC, ok adriana is too, but you know, Literally only two highly considered black models have worn the fb, so far. Maybe VS will realize that lol. Then there bodies would be different by the time the show comes, they have to take care of their newborns in the middle of all this.. There is simply no time for that nor those kind of mishaps. They can make the show but getting the FB is pushing it. I know adriana is adriana but I think its suspicious how they been up her ass all of a sudden. Yeah they praise her from time to time, but not that much and yeah they do need help and I do think thats the motivation also for making her work again, but I also think it would be a good excuse in case she got the fb. Can't say she didn't do any work.They did not bring ale back with her to "help" the brand, ale is some good still. It was just Adriana. And it would bring them maximum press, (life is too short to pretend the NA are as big as she is, Adriana is international at this point. Like it or not, she is a bigger name and already a VS icon ) Her having a forth would also be a record, and could get people talking even more because it would be a record.

Its not possible. The fb is shot during the summer from may to august at most. Candice hasn't given birth yet even. And her breast are def bound to change after giving birth. I think the way they hopped on the adriana train again she is a good contender. They didn't bring ale back with adriana. And she deserves it because, look at all she has actually done for the brand,none of he angels today has been able to show results like she has, and they had to get her back. They are clearly using her to help the brand and she wasn't supposed to be back like that. She is supped to be like ale still. At this point adriana def should have another fantasy bra or something. She still trends more than everybody else, even when they barely put her in the show last year. Still the most tweeted about, and she is mid 30s surrounded by models in their 20s/very late teens, but she still is the most cared about.

exacty. You missed my post earlier this year when adriana, taylor, and elsa were angels who all had meet and greets and press events for VS the same week. Adriana's did how adriana's usually would. Taylor's was pretty vacant in comparison. No missed opportunity choosing adriana over anybody thats a new angel tbh. And neither of them have been angels long anyway. VS had to go back and get adriana to start working for them again and I know it wasn't apart of the plan. I thought since they had to do that some of you all would stop downplaying adriana in favor of the new angels but I guess not. You can't tell me nothing since Adriana is back. They never brought heidi back when she slowed up on work, they haven't bought ale back yet

It always amazes me how anytime adriana and irina are brought up in the same place, Irina gets dissed massively. I agree lets not compare them, we all know adriana's claim and rise to fame and the industry and she has done well and hopefully will continue to do so. I like the fact that she is up north. I hope she moves there lol. I liked it when she lived there more and I think she just may have better luck finding a great partner there.

^ +1. Cr7 is better than any average gym guy. Adriana has to be with somebody on her level in some kind of way. I don't see her getting hate, she is adriana lima. She is already a big very well known model who rubs people the right way. She would be good for his image if anything. Regardless, I just hope the next guy isn't so average.
