IT’S A PITY BECAUSE... At the end of the match at the Olimpico of Turin, the Rossoneri spoke about the bitter taste which they had for not winning important points, despite the good performance of the team. TURIN – These are the declarations of the Rossoneri at the end of Juventus-Milan 3-2: DANIELE BONERA: “Unfortunately I made a bad foul and I felt the duty of going in the dressing room and check about Sissoko's conditions. From my part there was no will to hurt him and I'm sorry to have left the team in ten. Luckily nothing serious happened to Sissoko and now we shall wait for the Sporting Judge’s decision. I went in convinced to get the ball. “It’s a pity that we did not manage to win points because we could have ended the first half ahead, then we went behind and in such games like this one in Turin, we end up with a bitter feeling. Also because Milan tonight played a nice game. However we believe until the end, we believe like the others despite the games we still have are less.” FILIPPO INZAGHI: “Pity about the result because we played a good first half and when we went ahead we also risked of scoring the third goal. I saw a great Milan, but then unfortunately on the 2-2 we ended up in ten men, but we could have won. We did not deserve to lose. Surely on their third goal we had to be more careful on the set-piece, but now we must win all the remaining five games. “On my goals Kaka and Bonera served me with two great balls and I simply tried to do my duty. I’m sorry to have come to Turin and scoring two goals, but then ending up losing. With regards to the fourth place we must see what Fiorentina will do tomorrow, but from our part, we must win all the remaining five games and hope.”- Filippo Inzaghi
Inzaghi: We Must Win Last Five Games Milan striker Filippo Inzaghi believes that there is no alternative for his team other than to win the last five games of the season following last night's defeat in Turin against Juventus in the 33rd matchday of Serie A. Inzaghi managed to score two goals against his former side on Saturday evening, but that was not enough to help the Rossoneri obtain a win which could have seen them move a step closer to a Champions League spot. "It's a pity about the result because we played a good first half and when we went ahead we also came close to scoring the third goal," declared the Italian attacker at the end of the game. "I saw a great Milan, but then unfortunately at 2-2 we ended up with ten men, yet could have won," he continued. "We did not deserve to lose. Surely on their third goal we needed to be more careful on the set-piece, but now we must win all the remaining five games. Inzaghi thanked team-mates Kaka and Bonera for the assists for his two goals. "For my goals Kaka and Bonera served me with two great balls and I simply tried to do my duty. I’m sorry to have come to Turin, scoring two goals, but then ending up losing. "With regards to the fourth place we must see what Fiorentina will do tomorrow, but from our part, we must win all the remaining five games and hope," concluded Inzaghi.- Kaká
Kaka On Shevchenko Rumours AC Milan star Kaka would endorse the return of former striker Andrei Shevchenko to the club. The former European Footballer of the Year had seven glorious seasons for Milan before he joined Chelsea in a £30m deal in 2006, but his career has taken a spectacular nosedive since arriving at Stamford Bridge. It is no secret that the Ukrainian striker is unhappy off the pitch as the well, and it seems highly likely that Chelsea will allow him to leave this summer, with Milan's management keen to feed the speculation that he is set for an emotional return. Kaka, for one, would be happy to be reunited with a player that he connected with so well both on the field and off. "I always talk to him. We are friends from our time at Milan," said the Brazil star. "I cannot understand what has happened to him in the last two years. For me, he remains a great player. "It's up to the club to manage his return, but for me it would not be a problem."- Gennaro Ivan Gattuso
Player Ratings: Juventus 3-2 AC Milan Juventus pulled off a dramatic victory in a classic encounter between the two most successful clubs in Italian football history. Zeljko Kalac: 6.5 – Looked slow and awkward on Del Piero’s first goal of the game but made good saves on Grygera and Del Piero in the second half to give his team a fighting chance. Daniele Bonera: 5.5 - Pushed forward on many occasions and unselfishly slotted the ball across to Inzaghi for an easy tap in. However, left too much space at the back, and to make it all worse, made an absolutely horrendous tackle on Momo Sissoko and was deservedly sent off. Paolo Maldini: 6 - Started well, but then really showed his age as he was at fault for Juventus’s second goal after he was caught in possession deep in his own territory. Does not seem to have the legs beyond the hour mark. Giuseppe Favalli: 5 - His best days are past him although he managed to push forward on a couple of occasions in the first half. All change please, as far as the Milan defence is concerned. Dario Simic: 4 - He was run ragged by Del Piero all evening and committed countless fouls as he could not keep up with the pace of the match. Maybe Ronaldinho and Shevchenko will provide cover next season. Rino Gattuso: 6 – The normally tenacious bulldog did not make an impact on the match and was outplayed by the gigantic Sissoko. Massimo Ambrosini: 6.5 – Lumbered forward and won his team a couple of corner kicks, and played a part in one of Inzaghi's goals, but failed to stamp his authority in the middle of the pitch when Juve were in the ascendancy. Clarence Seedorf: 6.5 - Did very well in the first half, but completely disappeared in the second half and did not pull the strings in the midfield the way Ancelotti would have wanted him to. Turns into a ghost far too often these days. Andrea Pirlo: 6 - Had a decent first half, but was also quiet for most of the second, with his set pieces disappointing for a player of his technical ability. Gave the ball away quite a few times. Kaka: 6.5 – Has finally rediscovered some of his form over the last two weeks. Set up his team’s first goal after a beautiful low cross left Inzaghi with the easiest of finishes, and had a couple of good moments in the second half. Not one of his best displays, but a step in the right direction. Filippo Inzaghi: 8.5 – Poached two goals in the style that he is famous for and gave the Juventus defenders fits, especially in the first half. Was menacing throughout, and could well have completed a hat-trick. Milan's best player on the evening. Substitutes: Cafu (67”) 6, Alberto Gilardino (83”) NA, Christian Brocchi (88”) NA- Paolo Maldini

Sneijder And Robben Urge Caution Wesley Sneijder believes that Real Madrid cannot let the league title slip from their grasp with so few games of the season remaining, but is not making any predictions about when they can win it. The Dutch midfielder spoke to AS, along with his compatriot Arjen Robben, and the two of them agreed that while they are dreaming of winning the championship they had to remain cautious. Madrid have a commanding lead over both Barcelona and Villarreal, but it is still not enough to let Sneijder or Robben relax and believe that the trophy is secured. "We speak a lot about not making any predictions or saying if we can win the league before it is actually done, otherwise we could be caught by surprise," Sneijder said. "We are al very conscious of the attitude we have to have from now until the end of the season, but we are also mindful that we cannot let the league escape from us because we have worked so hard to be where we are. Every day we dream about going to Cibeles." Robben then reflected on how Madrid have played and trained as a squad, rather than having any airs and graces about who is and is not in the first team. "When you play you have to be at your best and to hope that your team-mates look for you. I am a winger and without passes coming to me I would be able to do little," he explained. "The secret of this Madrid team is the squad as a whole and if we are where we are in the league it is because every player has contributed. Nobody means more than anyone else because we are such a united team.- Wesley Sneijder
