I found out the identity of the girl in the middle. She's a French former model named Marine Delterme. I read somewhere that she is Carla Bruni's best friend. Here she is in another Sportmax ad from 1988. And the second picture shows what she looks like today. Yes, Marine,model turned actress--Thanks you so much Spiral!
