richard_gerst When I shot @romeestrijd (DNA Models, NY) I called the agency the second she rang the elevator to leave our building, and said, "My God, we were both exhausted, and yet I don't have one bad picture. She's going to be a supermodel." Just a few weeks later she was walking for #VictoriasSecret as a glam angel, and now word has it she has a MAJOR fashion story just around the corner. I'm not the least bit surprised. ❤️ u Romee!!

She has to be at least 6'0 right? I mean, I knew she was among the tallest, but look at her dwarfing Taylor. :shock: Statuesque queen. I think she looked magnificent in the white Angel Ball outfit.

Romee got over 100k new Instagram followers since it became known that she was doing VSFS. I kept track of some other VSFS newbies' accounts as well and they weren't even close to that kind of upswing. It's not surprising cause she posts a lot and likes to ham it up for the camera. But it's indicative of her potential, she has mass appeal.

Kids can be so f-cking mean Honestly I was expecting the typical model story about being teased for being skinny or whatever (not that bullying should ever be taken lightly), but this is awful!!! I think she's 13. She looks like a model too me. She's a stunningly beautiful little girl. My point exactly. A beautiful little girl. I don't doubt that she could be a top model one day, but does she even have the right physique? She doesn't look particularly tall or lanky. Still very much a child.

She looks her age. Which is not a bad a thing per se, but imo she looks more like an insanely pretty child actress than a model. How tall is she anyway?

I don't think she was in NY last week when VSFS castings happened. Had no real hope of seeing her in the show, but not even going to casting? Wouldn't her agency push for that now that she's starting to build some recognition in the sexy commercial market ? Maybe next year...
