  1. Haha, @Jade Bahr. I'am with on that, Leo would hate me, lmao. I have not seen Gone with the Wind, Godfather, The Sound of Music, Casablanca, and many many more... I have not seen many Scorseses movies too, don't worry, lol. I only have seen Cape Fear, Taxi Driver, the ones with Leo obviously, and Hugo. I tried to watch Silence, but was soo boring, sorry Marty, and I don't intend to watch Irishman, sorry again. I love Margot's reaction to Leo in that interview, she's like: "Oh my God", she knows him well, hahaha.
  2. Not true, obviously. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.gossipcop.com/leonardo-dicaprio-margaret-qualley-flirty/amp/
  3. Was this pic posted? I don't remember.
  4. About Joaquim performance, I wouldn't compare with Heath Ledger, I think it's a complete different approach for the character. I see Joker as a movie that could be about any man suffering with traumas from his past, a person with serious mental issues, and that is trying to live his life on the right side but... there is a moment where he starts to become violent and really out of his mind when he discover more about his past, it kinda gives an "explanation" for his madness and Joaquin is outstanding. So for me it doesn't compare with Heath's work, because his Joker was in the movie simply as the Batman villain, his work was excellent, the best thing of the movie obviously. Now Joker is a movie about a psycho man, it could be about any other man with mental healthy issues, just insert Joker name, my point of view. You just need to know the script was inspired in Scorsese's movies, one of them being Taxi Driver, have you seen this one? About Parasite, I won't say much to not give spoilers, but it's really a great movie, it surprises you, it starts with one tone and in the end it's a complete turn of events.
  5. Ox, it says if gets an Oscar, not just the nod, isn't it?
  6. Thanks to post the interview, ox.
  7. Old interview, never saw.
  8. Great new pic to celebrate OUATIH 10 nods.
  9. I have not seen much too, I saw Once, Rocketman, Two Popes, Joker, Hustlers, Parasite and Marriage Story (hated this one, #sorrynotsorry), lol.
  10. Nope, it doesn't... GG voters are foreign press, academy members are a completely different group of people voting. Also, I loved Taron's work in Rocketman and I loved the movie too, but Jonathan Pryce IS Pope Francis, so I'am very happy for his nod.
  11. Congrats for Once 10 nominations! I'am surprised but VERY happy with Jonathan Pryce and Anthony Hopkins nominations for The Two Popes, I absolutely loved this movie and they both they did an amazing job, kinda proud of Brazilian director Fernando Meirelles.
  12. Thanks for the info, ox. Cool that Once won best picture, well deserved.
  13. Well, Leo knew he wouldn't win anyway, I think he simply didn't wanted to go. We know he's in LA, IF he wanted to go he would be there. Also, he might be sick of hearing jokes about his gf's age from the shows hosts, lol.
  14. New pics from yesterday. http://www.justjared.com/2020/01/12/leonardo-dicaprio-chrissy-teigen-john-legend-attend-sebastian-maniscalco-stand-up-show-at-the-forum/
  15. Great new article about Killers of the Flower Moon filming, production, location, etc. It seems it will be a long shooting, it's written the film production hired chefs to cook for crew members and cast for 10 months... though crew members will stay longer than the actors involved obviously. I'am curious to know about the other actors, besides Leo and De Niro. I guess when awards season is over we will know more about the movie, can't wait for march. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.tulsaworld.com/news/killers-of-the-flower-moon-to-begin-filming-in-pawhuska/article_1357d0d2-ff0c-58e0-ad1b-cf193c95afa0.amp.html
  16. Yes, I was happy to know he confirmed that too.
  17. “Extra’s” Cheslie Kryst caught up with Tiffany, days after she presented at the Golden Globes, where she had a moment with nominee Leonardo DiCaprio. Tiffany recently revealed she once hit on DiCaprio. Always making it a laughing matter, she said of their Golden Globes interaction, “I saw Leo sitting down. You know, [we] waved at each other, whatever.” She went on, “I mean, if he called… I'm like… ‘It's 2020, I'm no longer hunting down men, men come hunting me down. I'm the prize. I'm Tiffany Haddish.’” https://extratv.com/2020/01/08/lol-what-tiffany-haddish-said-about-finding-love-with-leonardo-dicaprio/
  18. Tifanny is still the best, haha. And the last setence in this video is too funny, Margot is gazing at him like he's a beautiful sun in the horizon, and a close up on her face, lol.
  19. I knew a bit of this story from Richie Akiva stories, but here more details about it. http://www.justjared.com/2020/01/08/leonardo-dicaprio-helps-save-man-lost-at-sea-in-the-caribbean/
  20. The bromance continues. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.gossipcop.com/brad-pitt-leonardo-dicaprio-backstage-golden-globes/amp/
  21. Sandra Bullock talking with Leo and Quentin.
  22. I would prefer Jennifer Lopez (I really liked Hustlers) instead of Laura Dern, haha, I didn't liked Marriage Story, booooring, but I think Laura was the best part of the movie, lol, so congrats to her. About Rick's joke, what Leo was suppose to do? Be offended? Like ox said, he well know his track record, so he had to laugh too and accept the joke. A lot of Rick jokes were very harsh, but must admitt none were lies.
  23. Thanks for the updates, ox. Happy for Quentin, Brad and the movie winning best script and comedy.
