  1. thanks shine for more pics, I think I saw his mom in one of those... if I'am not mistaken. And your bowtie sigg is very cute. ox: yes, seems a huge scarf. Nanda: thanks to agree with me, and I loved this comment you made: And I wonder when people will stop worrying about it... agree 100%. miche: thanks for the reprint cover.
  2. michal, we can't judge him because we don't know what he feels for Erin and we also don't know how will be their relatiosnhip... just because she's young and a model doesn't mean will not work or end up like his others romances, also she's a different person, just because she's blonde it doesn't mean she's exactly the same as his previous girlfriends. Who knows about the future, nor Leo himself... wijn: well noticed, Leo have a bruise on his knee.
  3. thanks Sick. yeah, it's a lot of lugagge, did Leo really will go on SAG, because that it's a bunch of things just to stay some days...
  4. Finally new pics, YEAH! :hell yea!: Oh and Leo's arms on that tight shirt... lucky Erin!
  5. Show up Wilhelm Idenbirken...
  6. Barbie They ALL have Great performances. Colin Firth (The king's speech and Single man), Phillipe Seymour Hoffman (Capote), Jeff Bridges (Crazy Heart). What I meant is that, besides those that made them won a Oscar, the rest aren't that impressive. Not like Leo, that all his performances deserve at least a nomination. I know princess, Leo's performances are all great.
  7. hey girls, Ana Maria Bahiana (who knows a lot about the awards) wrote an text talking about who are the voters and what they think when they vote, just take a look and you will understand why Leo wasn't nominated. And the 2012 Oscar nominations, huh? Before commenting on them is good refresher explaining how they are chosen. In step directions, only the category "best film" is voted on by all scholars 6000. All others are chosen or by their respective departments or "branches" of the Academy or in the case of foreign films, by a committee of volunteers. Therefore, it is true that Oscar takes the pulse of Hollywood each year (and I am among those who said yes), the "best films" that are more clearly indicate this. The others reveal what actors, directors, writers, etc. think of their colleagues. It is important to know something else about these voters: all are or have film in their lives. All have worked, are working or want to work with who is running. Many films have running - and not just vote on them, but they are campaigning. Many have admiration, envy, friendship, hatred for who you are competing. Everyone brings immense personal and professional baggage for each choice. And while the Academy brings together great directors, actors, technicians and executives, most of its voting body is professionals who either never had or have gone through their heyday. As an example I always remember a picturesque party season, here in Los Angeles, where absolutely all the guests voted for a prize, and almost all the Oscars. And where I heard of people not directed or produced a film for over 10 years since Steven Spielberg and Martin Scorsese did not know and tell a story in pictures ... Finally, we are all human. The gods of cinema are those light pulses that hypnotize our retinas in the dark room, not among those who fill out ballots for votes awards ... Having said all that, I think this year, some committees and departments have a much better job than others. And many great and terrible choices made at the same time.
  8. princess: I just can talk about Phillipe Seymour Hoffman of this list you mentioned about worthy performances, I agree that some of his movies are not the best, but I saw Capote (that was the movie that gave him the Oscar) and he really deserved. It was an amazing, amazing performance, such a brilliant movie and he was perfect on that role, he simply was Truman Capote. Maybe I became too emotional because I had read his book "In Cold Blood" that the movie is inspired on the period that we wrote this book, but anyway I loved this movie soo much. Now about the other actors I can't say anything... but I know what you mean, that Leo always have worthy performances and his career is by far the most outstanding than any other actor and deserved more recognition, I agree.
  9. thanks lola! Doesn't that tie in with the twitter by Erin where she was flying over the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon - Park City is in Utah so it' s close by - haha, Leo is hard to pin down - marriage wise and location wise Hum interesting... Solange. marriage wise and location wise... hahaha
  10. yeah princess, shirtless pics PLEASE!
  11. Cute, When Kate Winslet is happy to see someone, she’s not shy about it. As soon as Leonardo DiCaprio walked through the door, his “Titanic” costar gave him a full-body hug, then jumped up and wrapped her legs around his waist, so that the old buddies looked like a pitcher and catcher who’d just won the world series. - 2005 Oscar Roundtable thanks to leonardofanuk.com for the find. thanks princess for the info about Leo in Los Cabos, I wonder which members of his family are there with him? And paps do your work NOW!
  12. princess: I simply loved the article you post and I agree totally! wijn: thanks for the interview of Carrey, she's really sweet. Sick: thanks for the gifs. Where is Leo?
  13. oh, I have forget that, I think I don't even want to see that anymore. <_<
  14. wijn: thanks for the info, but what I mean is that even the movie is not that great... his performance couldn't be recognized? As you and a lot of other people said he was amazing.
  15. wijn: I can't say nothing in regards to J.Edgar because I couldn't see yet, but is this movie sooooooooooooo terrible that his performance should be forgotten? I'am just so tired of this awards...
  16. I feel sad for Leo that he got no nom but at least I wont have to watch this year and suffer thru Clooney, Pitt etc. I feel the same, solange. Nanda: I share that dream... Fuck Oscar!!!
  17. I will totally boycott Oscar ceremony for the first time in my life, but my wish is that any other actor, that is not Clooney nor Brad win best actor.
  18. thanks Jou for the tweets. oh, I was expecting for that, snubbed one more time in Oscar... but I really didn't wanted to see him lose again live on tv.
  19. Yeah Barbie....and like said...WHATEVER! We know Leo is the best! Exactly, Pami.
  20. oh what a disgusting comment, I don't even know who said this, but it's terrible to say that, like the movie was the worst ever or that Leo didn't deserve because the movie didn't received good reviews, but his work is NOT worthy to have recognition? But thanks for the article anyway. Pami: it's about we have talked on pm's. To say the truth, I will feel glad for him if he gets nominated but after all that happened and all the awards going to George... I'am not anxious, not at all.
  21. I also wonder this... Leo please stop hiding man! <_<
