Daria:I´ve been in sicily for an editorial and I was supposed to fly to germany via malta.., but because we didnt have internet or tv in sicily I didnt know about the vulcano... in malta I first heard about it, because my connection flight got cancelled.... i was stuck there for a week!! ...but at least the weather was nice... Your last job was for ...? Daria:my last job was for elle... it was a lot of fun!! When and How did you start with modeling? Daria:I started modeling when i was 16.., my booker first saw me on a little fashion show in duesseldorf, where I was watching it with my friend.. Some girls say it's easier to get work in New York than in Paris or Milan how do you feel about that? Daria: I dont think it´s generally easier in ny.., I think it depends on what type you are... the good thing in ny is that a lot of clients book the same girls more often and you don´t have to get on a plane to get to your jobs... Where do you have your amazing facial expressions and the controlled body language from? Are you born with that or trained? Daria: thanks for the compliment.. I did ballett for 13 years- I think thats what makes it pretty easy for me to move, the facial expressions...I dont know,.. I love to do funny faces..! What's your opinion about black / asian and other exotic looking girls being a bit sidelined from the runways nowadays? Daria: I dont really know what to say about that..., I don´t understand it.., Im always jealous because asian girs have this amazing hair!! I guess it´s gonna change again.., like blondes being in one season and out the next... Do you have a favoritre Model you look up to ? Daria: my absolute favourite model of all times is kate moss.... she´s just...hot! Do you still have "normal" friends who arent from the fashionindusrtry? Daria: I only have a few model friends.., I don´t always wanna talk about my job and I like the fact that my friends from home are staying at one place.., so I know when I come home, everybody is there! Talking about the future... what are your plans for summer? What are your personal "must haves" for summer2010?
