  2. It's hard to find biographical info on her. However, what I do know about her is that her breakthrough came in 1989, when Karl Lagerfeld gave her her first chance on the runway. The photographers at fashion shows loved her, because of her bubbly personality. She was married at one point to a photographer, and she used a hyphenated last name (Gisele Zelauy-Toscano) during the length of her marriage.
