I saw an interview with Lucy Hale and she said that in the tv show A is gonna totally different than in the books, because I think if Mona would be A in the tv show that would be so boring and predictable to watch. as for the pictures I wonder who dies?

I agree with you. I also think that Ian is dead because its no way that he could be alive after what happend in that church. As for A I think he/she is Melissa's, Ian's or Ezra's age. Old enough to buy a house, but than what did A did in the homecoming dance? Somewhere I read that A could be a person that haven't appeared in the show.
