man, whats that ?? and why removed??? It's a large gland situated in the throat. From what i have heard it swelled up, and she has to have it removed.

Poor Charlize. I got mine removed last year........ yuck ! Yep, and is also having her thyroid removed as well. Hasn't been a great last 6 months for her health.
