Oh wow, in what part? Yep, I'm Turkish myself (although from Cyprus) but was born 'n' bred in London. Still, my heart lies in Istanbul... Oh God I know - it's ridiculous to think that a 76 year-old guy is in charge of such a team...he's not up to it! I heard of some training places projects in Riva, but that stadium sounds WHOW Yeah! It's a fabulous proposal, perfect for Gala, but like you said we are hundreds of millions in debt. However, the current idea is that a Turkish house-building company, TOKI, will take the project into their own hands and build the stadium for us, and lease it to GS for 49 years. So, it will be state-owned, therefore making it financially feasable for Gala to pursue. About Riva, I've absolutely no idea where that project went. Yet another empty promise from the chairman... Anyway, here are the two proposals for the new stadium... #1 #2 What do you think? It'll apparently be ready for the 2009-10 season...

GS have plans for a new stadium too, around 52k capacity with a retractable roof...but plans have been around since about '94 for a new stadium so I won't believe anything until I see cranes! Also, I watched the Asia Cup final earlier on...pitty that Liverpool lost. You guys played much better than Pompey, and should really have won the game in normal time. I was quite impressed with Torres, too. He was a little wasteful and selfish at times but his quality was clearly there...

There are just three, but one of them is also shown in the contents page (smaller size). To be honest I was quite dissapointed with the shoot, I was expecting so much more having seen a cover as hot as that. ...oh who am I kidding! There are plenty of pics! Perhaps even a double-spread if I remember correctly... Can't wait for the scans!

Thanks Besiktas eh, well that's not tooooo bad I guess. Anyhow, when it comes to European action, I support all Turkish teams - all points are vital to increase Turkey's co-efficieny. <_< Oh and, apparently BJK are after Juve's Nicola Legrottaglie... Necati and three other players have been released by Gala....totally randomly. I'm getting quite annoyed with the new manager now, he seems obssessed with "stamping his authority" on the team. And Lincolon has yet to play a second of football as a Gala player!

Yep, the end of August - but apparently he wants out this week. Yes sir! I am indeed a Gala fan, yeah Bouazizi used to play for Gaziantepspor in Turkey, that's where I first heard the name and thought, "that's SUCH a cool name", and have been using it ever since.
