from today's US Open
or, more often, the guy has some fatal flaw that they can't talk about. like Jason Allison or something. guy is chronically injured and apparently is a punk in the lockerroom. he doesn't stay with a team long, but the next team is always thrilled to have a player of his calibre
I think it's both. you have both who are world-famous elite players who think their way is the way to success... and then their teams have been so good and their stats so good, it's not wonder they feel like that. but when they play together, it's true Zizou is slower these days, and what's the point of a forward playing at a slow speed like that? but even at Arsenal, I've seen Henry be frustrated with a slow pace of match. there was a CL match recently where he was bitching to Wenger every time he ran by him
I always find it odd that a team can think, "you know, this guy just isn't worth the money anymore. let's let him walk as a free agent. screw it." and then an hour later another signs him for more and thinks, "he's amazing! he'll be the saviour of the franchise!"
