So she waited to be 40 to discover that not all men are evil ? Amazing indeed.

Very clever move of Lierac, who now takes full advantage of the halo effect created at high cost by Lancome with Sastre's face. Where can I buy shares of that company ? ah sorry it's a private company

For those able to catch some French: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xza9mn_le-paris-d-ines-sastre-actrice-et-mannequin-dans-paris-est-a-vous-24-avril-1-5_news#.Ue07bTDIYT8 As the saying goes: never ask a cover-girl to say something :neo2: she is not there for that and you will be disappointed. Best,

One nice, one just horrific

Sorry but what else than exchanging opinions were you expecting we can do here ? There are no facts about beauty or artworks. Just impressions :neo2: . As a matter of fact, discussing any kind of astheatic feeling should always be a pleasure , whatever the alignment of opinions - but to do that , you need people able to step back somewhat from the very subject of their discussion - Which clearly you are not - to such an extent that you still fail to understand that I am not criticizing the model but the photograph. Best,

Yes but the fact is, the Vanity Fair pics are just terrible (something like the Kailis stuff) - Vulgaire, typically US-styled; not capturing Sastre's essentials. Cheers

Ines Sastre
Well in Vanity Fair, she's just UNRECOGNIZABLE. What did happen ? some failed botox treatment ?

Ines Sastre
@ spiral. Nice. It must have been a nightmare for the other models to share the catwalk with such an obvious grace of Sastre.

Ines Sastre
Incredible - you think she is definitely over - and there she pops out again (that is about ten days ago in Paris), more radiant than ever

How come one does advertise over almost two decades for all kind of skin anti-ageing stuff - and appears @ 38 only with such massive sun damage on the face

Ines Sastre
Thanks Prejean. Yes she was really something at the time.... And the more natural, the best (esp. your two last ones).

:yuckky: :yuckky: If I remember well, some one here (PA worshipper maybe?) told once that girl would make him cry. Well, so for me now, but unfortunately NOT for the same reasons :voodoo:

Sorry Prejean, don't take it personnally - but I find those latest pics beyond ugliness. :yuckky: Time is unforgiving. Best,

Actually the "disgusting" guy is merely the main shareholder - and chairman - of Pernod-Ricard. Sure he will be less featherminded than Sastre w.r.t. love affairs, as big bucks might then be at stake.

wow - catwalk pics of her are not so common ! Unsure those clothes would still be bearable today. But definitely she had a transcendent, unique style.
-
Ines Sastre
It is very common indeed on early pics of her. At the time editors just looked after at perfect face - not yet Sastre's face I guess
-
Ines Sastre
yes- a well-know one Also notice how the beauty spot has been removed from her lip - at the time she was not famous enough to turn it into a hallmark.
-
Ines Sastre
Thanks Prejean - stupenda ! I understand she was 14 ?

Ines Sastre
Agree. La Cena per farli conoscere is a blunder, but (for the first time  ) Sastre plays honourably. Her key flaw otherwise was to oscillate between two extremes, hystery and ingenuity. Difficult indeed to manage such beauty: either you leverage it and become evanescent, either you tend to destroy it and become not credible. But for sure she insists on being an actress besides being a top model. Just waiting for a call I guess....

Ines Sastre
Thanks prejean - yes that's it, it was "Tears" that I had in mind. I find that spot of unparalleled beauty (eg in contrast, the Max Factor appears just unsignificant stuff) PS and yes, the Rodier one suggests very well how, had she been properly directed, she could have made a very decent actress.

Yes - magnificent On Tresor, there is another one which is even better, but I cannot find it anymore in the net - you first see Sastre so melancholic and sad in some vast and white room, then on a table a bunch of flowers starting to oscillate lightly - suggesting someone has entered and did create some draught - and indeed there he comes with the perfume, and Sastre rejoicing - it is a pure marvel
