So I just had an embarrassing moment with Alaska I was so excited to see her I hugged her a little too tight that one of her boobs popped out a bit and she had to adjust it I felt horrible although she didn’t seem to care Also I totally ignored Bob bc I was so in awe of Alaska

She is the fourth Filipino to win the pageant. Previously, Gray was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2018 and Miss World Philippines 2016. Gray also competed in Miss World 2016, placing as a Top 5 finalist. Gray was born in Cairns, Queensland to a Scottish-born Australian father, Ian Gray, from Fraserburgh, and a Filipino mother, Normita Ragas Magnayon, from Oas, Albay. Gray is reportedly named after her paternal grandmother, Catherine Gray (née Ross), an immigrant to Western Australia from Scotland in 1952. Gray was a student at Trinity Anglican School in Cairns. There was no way South Africa was going to win b/c she messed up on the final question with her pause and giving a generic answer. but I was surprised she placed 2nd considering Venezuela gave a better answer. It was generic too but better than South Africa's. Philippines won bc her final answer came off as personal and heartfelt. None of the Mean Girls made it past Top 20
