Karmen switched to Ford as well and her career is blossoming. As for Anna, IMO changing the agency means she wants to work. I think putting on weight had a lot to do with getting less work, but I think the biggest problem was Anna's attitude - I think she was kinda tired of the whole fashion industry and she lost the motivation.
