@horus I know, it sounds like an annoying broken record to me too. Whatever new Doutzen work comes up, it just does. There, no complaints and stupid idealism.

Life happens. Doutzen's clearly happy to be at the point she's at and she further demonstrated my point about making her kids her first priority during one of her recent Instagram posts. Greg saying that about Doutzen when he's clearly engaged to someone else leaves a foul taste. It's been years already and she's got her beautiful kids with Sunnery. Also Maxwell, dude it's been over for a long time.

No problem Doutzenland! Doutzen's priorities are clearly centred around her family more but it doesn't mean she's only a stay at home mom type. If she wanted more "high profile jobs" from her NY agency, wouldn't she be living in NYC instead of Amsterdam? Doutzen is not the girl from ten years ago, so you can't honestly expect the workload of constant campaigns and magazine covers. She's matured and is an established name, even if you think she hasn't been working with HF brands, she's still well connected. I am getting really bored hearing and talking about it . I just want to go into this thread looking for new photos of Doutzen in any medium, H&M, L'Oreal, high fashion or whatever.

Never a dull moment in here. I think highlighting Daily Fail as a citation of why she's not featured as a best dressed is a so what, who cares? It's a scum rate tabloid foddler publication, not a trendsetter. Fading and aging? Then why would Vogue write an article about her staying power if that was true?Doutzen's been with L'Oreal as a spokesperson for 10 years, if she's doing a "poor job" of it, the company wouldn't have kept her as the face for so long if that was the case. She's also a wealthy enough woman who can pick and choose her work too. It's not always about the model begging for work. Her type of career is enviable but she's also at the point of knowing her personal priorities since she's going to want to be around her children more. Her work life being a sole focus wouldn't be realistic. She was never fading away from fashion work either, she decided to commit to filming Wonder Woman, an extremely high profile movie, even if her role is small. In my opinion, I think she looks beautiful. Her hairstyle was the only thing I wish the L'Oreal team did to make her look more polished but I feel like the exaggeration of being dull overblown. It's just opening night, she's there as a L'Oreal representative and will showcase more outfits at the next premieres she gets to attend.

^ agreed and i don't think it's a feat or anything. If anything, it was the fact that it was one of 4 covers she landed in that year, that is more so accurately the achievement, considering it was September issues.

^ Do you think she had a breast augmentation or something? It's usually the result of gaining them from pregnancy and she's breast feeding right now anyways so she would shrink down to her normal size. She wouldn't want to risk plastic surgery during that period.

She's a mother of two compared to Lily. Doutzen just entered her 30s, she looks absolutely fine and beautiful as she matures. Nothing wrong with that. I'd rather see her with age gracefully like Paulina Porizkova. She looked great at the Galaxy event. Like her dress

Honestly, I rarely like models being SO much younger than me . With Blanca, I definitely see a certain quality about her that fits very well with VS. She's absolutely stunning and I can't wait to see how she does in Paris.

I'd imagine she'll still keep her New York apartment for work from time to time since it was featured in her recent NL Vogue special. It does seem like Amsterdam is now more of a permanent basis for her now. It's definitely closer for her to do her other projects like L'Oreal and Repeat. Let's see what other new opportunities come. I hope she's in for Paris fashion week. It's amazing that she has still yet to walk for Chanel. I'm hoping since Karl randomly called her up for Fendi, it'll mean she gets walk for the other house he's designing for.

^ Not loving all their outfits. I have to say, it's such a weird difference when she dresses herself compared to having someone style her for event appearances. Like I loved the red Balmain dress she wore for SI Swim city event, but here she kinda is just so casual.

I hope now that she's officially post-Angel now, she'll be landing the projects that is fit for her. Since some of you guys know Dutch, I agree that I hope her agent/managers aren't fully making decisions for her but be that as it may, seems like she highly regards their opinions no matter what. If she does end up doing a new lingerie contract, I definitely agree that something like CK underwear is a great way to say F-U to VS (maybe it's just me ). Plus you never know, she was a face for CK for many years and made her first comeback through them with Reveal. I don't know what to think if she leaves L'Oreal too. L'Oreal may be signing on many models right now but it was pretty lucrative that she landed a contract with them back in the day. Plus some of her Cannes appearances are the best she's looked on the red carpet (especially since Michael Angel does a much better job as the L'Oreal stylist than her usual one ).

I really don't see anything wrong with Doutzen's post baby. Her body has always been built more boxy like and I think the time frame she had after her second child was even more amazing. She definitely seems to enjoy being an angel, if she didn't she probably wouldn't have renewed her contract. It's just the way VS has been promoting her through catalogue or marketing hasn't been a big extent. Loving Elsa's coming out as an Angel. Her mainline look is pure perfection and definitely seeing her coming into a major role at the company, I love Sigrid, I think she's got that classic allure. Now I don't get Stella, there's something mousy looking about her that's just "there".

She looks absolutely amazing for just having a baby in the summertime and these are just some of the photos. Granted the styling of Glided Angels were more bare minimum but she's stunning in the other two looks.

The LOVE magazine's Loveadvent is likely just one of those holiday special videos she did before.

. Clown is an exaggeration. Let's just call it trial and error. I've never been a fan of her style sometimes since it can be safe but she'll knock it out of the park when she finds the right outfit (moreso some of her Cannes appearances). I'm just glad she's going out and about since having her baby. It's fun to experiment once in a while but not everything works.

LMAO . Can't get enough of how well she consistently works whether it's for Brazilian brands or the new Moschino fragrance. I feel like she's a name that will always be a mainstay for top models.

O_O I guess this thread sometimes can never stay dull. A working mom shouldn't be frowned upon and Doutzen loves her kids dearly, especially the way she talks about them. She's a professional at her job and there are SERVERAL high profile model moms including the other Angels. It's her life and choices to decide how she raises her kids. *facepalming SO hard* Back to Doutzen's fitting, HOT DAMN! She's looking great in this outfit for the Dream Angels segment, can't wait to see her other two outfits. I like that she's got a second pair of wings that will be more classic kind.

She looks exceptionally fine, no need do anything to a face who wants to age gracefully (just look at Paulina Porizkova). That was definitely not even needed to be mentioned. Love the Mugler dress and so far my favourite look post-pregnancy. I hope she keeps it up with more red carpets appearances to look foward to.

Well maybe not but they might recognize her face when flipping through magazines and billboards for advertisements, and various endeavours that make her one of the highest paid models. Actors of today don't make the same kind of money like they used to for just film alone (tho still stinking rich). They have to go to PR events as such appearance fees and endorsement contracts.

Ah ok, sorry if you didn't get what I said but essentially yes. Many actresses they have hired in the past were either models or or actresses who used to model. For example, Olga Kurylenko has been an actress with various projects before Quantum of Solace, but she was originally a model. I don't think they mind hiring models, I just think the ones chosen won't be well known names like Doutzen but you never know.

No I don't speak Dutch, actually I hated Nova Zembla. I just thought she did ok, served her purpose but they made her more of a plot device love interest (blame that director/writer more than anything). She did have a resurgence with HF recently but I'm talking about before she was a VS Angel/L'Oreal. Like breaking out in 2004/2005 runway and campaign seasons, working constantly with the likes of Meisel and Testino. Actually models were pretty much the go to castings in terms of nabbing Bond Girls, the only setback was they didn't pay well and most models can earn much more money doing their day job. Recent years have turned around yes, they've gotten actresses but some have started out as models before their acting careers. They'd probably would hire one for the look/story and contract terms.

^She said she was offered countless of movie offers (some without scripts) when she was younger during her HF model era. I think she would probably be a Bond girl in a heartbeat since Doutzen has talked about that before. I definitely think she's just being more cautious about dabbling into it. I watched her scenes in Nova Zembla and I thought she did ok, they just made her more of the typical love interest type. I do think she does projects a certain aura in motion and her Reveal commercial with Charlie Hunnam showed she can do decent on-screen chemistry.

Not everyone will be aware of the auto-backup (heck I got the surprise of my life when I logged on mine for the first time with embarrassing selfies ). Celebrities also have handlers with their situations since they will always have a team at their beck and call in maintaining their images that could take time to repair for some but I'd imagine it'll blow over for a majority. Well I was worried since the names posted were obviously with nudity and glad Emily's is "tame" in comparisons to what I read about what was contained with Jessica Brown Findlay's (WOW Lady Sybil). I was more so thinking it's clear that it's disgusting how targeted it was directly from the hackers. I am glad that a majority aren't blaming the women who've been hacked though. It's their life but to have something like that breached sucks. Apple is also getting the heat for the terrible security surrounding the iCloud.
