Leo is not a manwhore and a bad boyfriend, he is a good guy and as solange_09 said, many persons who know him said he is amazing and wonderful and there were some rumours which said that Leo cheated on Gisele but some months ago she said only good things about him in an interview and some months after their break up, he was with Giz for her 26th birthday, thus he was not a so bad boyfriend as you said.

Leo was seen flirting with many girls since some weeks. Bar never went to Japan, she was in Israel all the time. No news about Bar ? It's strange, since she is not Leo's fake girlfriend anymore, there are almost no news about her and i think it's for that , that some persons here want to believe that they are always together.
