That's a cute picture of him with a parrot. It reminded me, I recently found out that he was a vegan since he was 7 and dedicated to animal rights activism. (and so is his brother). Never knew that. He was 23 when he died, so sad. image source: MySpace image source: allposters.com

In my opinion he is (or was) the best male actor since Johnny Depp and in some ways he reminds me of James Dean. I loved him in "Ned Kelly", "Brokeback Mountain" and "Candy". He was also the only good thing about "10 Things I Hate About You". Today I finally saw "I'm Not There", a movie inspired by Bob Dylan's life and songs. Heath was absolutely incredible. What a tragedy to die so young. Rest in peace...

Back then they used to glorify sexy curves, but today Claudia would work as a plus size model, which is really sad. She, B Bardot, M Monroe and many others had beautiful curves and they were so stunning. I just love that hour-glass figure, so feminine!

Lisa I love how you compared her to Aphrodite, she really is a goddess! What a great idea.

Totally Bardot-esque! I like Vanessa, she's very cute, but she lost so much weight lately, I think she'd be absolutely stunning if she gained some. I prefer her earlier photos because she looks fuller there, and her long hair is sooo beautiful!

oh wow! I swear I thought that was Claudia Cardinale but it's Bardot as a brunette! She reminds me of her especially in that second pic. Thanks for the pictures Lisa!!

Well hes 60something now, but he looked hot in his 20s and 30s. Sorta like male version of Bardot, especially the lips. lol Lisa, please keep those pics coming! Thanks again!

gosh I'd love to see those pics! I have looked everywhere on the Internet, but haven't seen a single picture of her with Mick Jagger, even though they supposedly dated. I can only imagine what a hot couple they made. The search continues...

What a timeless beauty and talent. Love her especially in Cat On A Hot Tin Roof with P. Newman & in Giant with James Dean. Her purple/blue cat eyes are hypnotizing!
  19. Thank you so much for starting this thread! I finally saw Factory Girl yesterday, Sienna Miller did a good job of portraying Edie. I never realized before what a hard life she had. Hope she rests in peace now. .. These pics of her are amazing.

Yes, it always amazes me how much they do resemble each other. Although I have to say I like Kate more - her mother tends to got the more "hysterical" roles and I've never liked her "German voice" (they translate and synchronize every foreign movie for the German market). Welcome to the board, Moonchild Thank you! I've been lurking around for a while and finally decided to register. Goldie Hawn in German? Here she is young, with her original voice. She was a bit "spaced out" but kinda adorable: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzta9XU-CEA...feature=related

yes I agree I have always tought that! Oh yes. I read somewhere that she was even called "Italy's answer to Brigitte Bardot". Not a bad title to have.

One of the best threads on bellazon, imho. Bardot looks absolutely breathtaking in all pictures. Her curves are to die for, but her charisma is what made her even more beautiful. Most modern beauties lack the charm, but she embodied it. I see many Bardot copies that look all tacky and overdone. Thanks everyone for posting these amazing images!

She IS a goddess, because a goddess never dies. Such a timeless, untouchable beauty and personality- no one even attempts to copy her. THANK YOU for the lovely pictures!

Every time I see her picture or see her in a movie I so BADLY want to dye my hair dark brown and pretend to be just as exotic and breathtaking. I know shes not, but there's something very french about her imho.
