Its probably cause the Pink stuff is just casual, funky, wear any day of the week lingerie. I mean my sister and girl friends buy comfortable cute stuff because its just easy to wear. I get why its popular. Because lacy, racy, sexy lingerie isnt stuff women wear day to day.

Really? I did not know that. It sucks. I mean i cant do anything with it but they haven't opened a VS Store in Australia yet. My friend wants one. She said she would definately shop there. Haha. I would go in to look at the pictures on the wall and steal catalogues

Although it is a gimmick, PINK actually does fits right into VS' overall brand essence. I would go into a details but it is off-topic so PM if you would like to further this discussion Oh yeah i totally get you. It has been very successful for the company. I just wish it didnt have to take over the show. I know that when it was launched it did very well for the company. Back when Ale was the PINK Angel.

You know whats funny. I played the VSFS2009 for my 15 year old girl cousin today and she absolutely hated the PINK section. And she is your typical teen. Into boys and clothes and gossip etc. She was like wtf are those girls doing. She hated the clothes and said the theme in general was just stupid. She loved Enchanted Forest and wish the show in itself could be more like that. I know she is just one girl but still think it says something that PINK in general is just a gimmick. The thing for me is i always saw VS from a male's point of view as something sexy and chic for women. Not for young girls. ANd even though PINK is made for them it just doesnt fit into their whole idea of being sexy. Imagine if PINK was in back in 02 or 03 lol. Would have been interesting. I think Sexy Delicious is basically 05s version of PINK.

I really like Liu as well. I think its Heidi's fault lol. Because on the board Animata is wearing that Mossy Tree outfit that Heidi was wearing. And Liu had fitted for that outfit as well as Isabeli's Romantic Journey outfit. So obviously when Heidi came into the picture they had to make changes. Sucks that Liu suffered for that. I just wish that they dont have girls littered with one outfit. I dont care about PINK. But Liu, Tatiana and Anna J are all great models and should have had second looks.

So i have weighed in my opinions on the show and stuff. Now its turn to talk about the models. Sure there were some girls not so great this year but for the most part the lineup was very good. The Angels Alessandra - I thought she did very well for the open. For what she had to work with it was awesome. I wasnt a fan of her open outfit or the Enchanted Forest one but loved the Romantic Journey outfit. I just think Alessandra was upstaged by other girls Miranda - My God she is stunning. I don't care what anyone says but she is just so perfect for VS. This year and last she just blew me away. Always has been and always will be my favourite VS Angel. Her outfits were stunning and she just really stoodout. Marisa - Maybe only having two outfits and just a quick edit but she just faded for me. Her walk was much better this year but its such a shame they just threw her fantasy bra randomly in the segment. Wasn't even memorable. Shame on you VS. Doutzen - Wow when she opened All Aboard i was blown away. Alot of people have been criticising her body but she has the Tyra body. She has these nice wide hips and her walk is just amazing. I wish Doutzen had breats a bit bigger cause then her body would be perfect. She isnt fat or muscular. She has curves and i love them Heidi - Just blah. Her open isn't powerful for me. She just doesnt have that spark that she used to. She looked great and it was good to see her a month after birth but i think it would have been more suited to seeing her maybe close that segment instead of open. Regulars Ana BB, Caroline T, Isabeli, Julia, Rosie, Candice, Izabel I have no complaints about any of them. They were strong, sexy and incredible as always. They always need to be at a VS Show. Just wish Angela, Oluchi and Carmen were apart of this group. Others Abbey, Maryna Fantastic. These two girls really outdid themseleves. They just ooze confidence and sex appeal. I love them and hope they become regulars. Edita, Lindsay, Lyndsey S, Tatiana, Elyse, Eniko, Aminata, Erin, Liu, Anna J Gorgeous girls. Did very good with what they had. Thought they stood out and hope to see them back again. Wish they all had another outfit. Except Edita, Erin, Lindsay and Animata. The rest only had one look But hope to see them all again. The Rest Not really fond of any of them. They didn't stand out and i dont think should be at a VS again. Anja, Behati, Dorothea, Anastasia, Selita, Sessilee, Shannan, Chanel. They just didnt stand out to me much. Anja, Dorothea and Anastasia are just not right for VS. Sessilee i thought was better this year but she still scares me. Shannan, Chanel, Selita and Behati just overdo it on the runway. The worst of the night for me. Alot of people like Behati and i have nothing against her but she just doesnt shine for me.

Vamnp i was thinking how awesome it would be even on a cable network like HBO. They have boobs and ass and swearing everywhere. Then we could see some damn risky lingerie like we used to. Remember AnaBB's outfit from 2003. It was all see through. Even though going cable would loose people it would still be 10x better

I agree Pink, i think NBC might be the best network for them. ABC i think could possibly be worse because of them being owned by Disney. But you never know.

Ew no more model search lol but i can handle it if it were only like 07. Something small and easy and really only for PINK. Totally this show was disappointing. No matter which way you spin it people aren't happy in general. If you liked something about this show, then there is something else that you hated even more. In general it was cleary the model search this year. I thought because all that stuff was on VSAll Access that they would only put a small segment together, but i was wrong. Kylie really was forced down our throats. For a girl who only had one walk we saw her more times then any of the angels. The only thing to do is look forward. Its so far away but let's just pray and hope that our next show (if there will be one) will be better. Ratings were pretty solid so i think there might be one. To be honest i think the show needs a major overhaul. I think switching networks is the first step. I'm not to fond of CBS. They had worked so well in the past but recently not so much. Maybe a new network with a new direction could possibly be a better thing. Todd and Charlotte have done well before. They have been doing the shows for some time now. But they are running out of ideas. I dont know what can be done but i think they are getting to literal with the themes. I like that they enjoy teling a story but if you looka t 2003 and 2005 each theme did that but simply. Not like the girl lands from space in Paris then gets on a train and stops at PINK and journeys into an enchanted forestt then finishes her journey and becomes queen of the palace. I dont think people watching really even notice the journey. 2005 had just simple sexy themes. The bang bang section was just simple black lingerie and really thats it. Pieces didnt look overworked. I think baby steps should be taken first. But something needs to change. But us major VS fans are really in the minority. General public dont care about angels, or show openers or fantasy bra. They just wanna watch a fun, entertaining show.

I totally get what your saying azkid. I think thats why 05 was prob the best show. Cause it meshed in this big production show, great music, great outfits, good models with personality. It wasnt a snooze fest like some of the past ones. Good backstage segments etc. If you think 2001-2003 people think its just plain. Kinda boring except 03 it was awesome. Then you have 05 at its best. Then 06-09 they try to be too ambitious and when you overwork something it just doesnt look good. They need to be simple but sexy. I think 06 was the best of both worlds they had. The HF aspect mixed with the actual show and fun side to it. If they just made it like that this show could have been fantastic. The general thing between us all is that the runway stuff was good. So, so music but the runway moments have been much better then the past two years. Only problem was the quickness of it so they can fit the model search. I get what they were doing they just did it wrong.

I actually really like Alessandra's open. Her arms were up but she was strong. It wasnt a big smile all wavies and kisses cutsey thing. She did this nice strong fierce walk. I thought her open was pretty good seeing as how BEP were the main focus. Even though yes that outfit was not great it stood out and therefor served its purpose. My eyes were on BEP but when i saw Ale emerge she had my attention. I thought her entrance was very good for what she had to work with. I do think that the best models of the show were basically the regulars. Ana BB, Isabeli, Julia S, Candice, Rosie, Miranda and Caroline T. They were the best out of the show. Their bodies were all perfect and so out of this world for the show. Julia for me was just shocking. I have never seen her that curvy and it suits her so much. You can tell that not working in HF as much has actually done wonders for her. I usually love Caroline W but this year she just looked even skinnier then usual. Her butt was so unpleasant in her outfits. And i think the reason that net outfit is so hideous because it was on her skinny frame. If someone like Candice or Doutzen wore it i think it would look decent cause it works with their curves. Some of the new faces didnt really do anything for me. Chanel was bleh. She gave something extra and stood out but i dont know. I think if she was a bit more curvier she would be perfect. I thought Eniko did really well. And i actually liked her outfit. It was cool. My sis who knows nothing about VS and is 26 said WOW when she saw it. Lyndsey S was really good too. She looked cute and didnt overdo with kissing. She just walked down and gave a graceful pose. Elyse was hot i wish she had another look cause the one they gave her was pretty bad. Especially cause she has such an amazing body. Other then that no one stood out for me. I was dissapointed in the fact we saw nothing of the Angels Behind the Scenes or stuff. Other then them in the Model Search videos which wasnt even about them.

This is the problem with VS. I think they could and can put on a good show. Its happened before obviously 2003 and 2005 are their best. I think that CBS are the people who really fuck it up. Sorry for my language. I mean i know VS make the choices and have their editing team but CBS put the lame pressure not to show ass. I mean i was so excited to see Miranda and Izabel's ass poses but duh i wasnt gonna get that. Cause the parents of America will riot if a butt is shown on TV. I dont see why its such a big freakin deal. Really. Here in Aus we really dont care about that stuff. Why cant a woman's butt be shown yet on CBS they have shows like CSI depicting some intense violence. Should i riot cause they have a topless guy wet on a show. But a woman's butt is that bad. Thats the main problem. And that they are trying to appeal to a young demographic. Thats why the overdoing pointing, blowing kisses is done. Cause they wanna appeal to general audience with a rock show. It has nothing to do with models in lingerie anymore. Cause it aint a fashion show. Im sure if CBS had their way we would see Beyonce, Shakira, Fergie etc walking the runway instead cause they know people would watch that. But VS dont use celebs for their show and catalogue. Only models. So CBS make them cut as much of the models away so we can see some lame ass attempt at reality and BEP. Sorry for the rant but im just annoyed that the whole Janet fiasco has caused so many problems. That was so not a big deal. My god it was a breast with a pasty on it. Hello these supposed role models like Rihanna etc do far worse and you let your kids listen to their music. But yeah whatever lol. You dont wanna see women in lingerie then dont watch. That was my rant aimed at the lame people who dont want this show to air.

Miranda x 3. One of the best outfits. Loved the colour and simple. Butterflies are sweet. I dont mind Marisa's but it doesnt look good on her body. She is sinched in at the stomach area that her huge boobs look odd lol

Wow the ratings did much better then previous years. Hmmm so what does this mean the same thing will happen next year. I'm pretty sure they wont do another model search. But they aint gonna change if their ratings increased. Its still gonna be the same type of show.

TBH thats the best bit right there vamp. Heck thats all the attention the angels got all night. The runway moments were ok but nothing else. What a shame. They really blew it this year.

When i looked at the show in pictures it was better then the past two shows. The outfits and model lineup were fantastic this year. I thought they actually were gonna fix up and bring back that 2006 time. And then when videos of the walks and stuff starting coming out i got more excited cause everything was looking great. Sure the runway was short but there are some awesome outfits and models to make up for that. But i knew it all lay to the editing and the show to really make up for the past two shows before it but it just faied. I thought it couldnt be worse then 2007 but i dont know. They really screwed up with the model search thing. And the basic non existence of their Angels. I mean i just dont get that. But oh well thats what they wanted. I still do think that the outfits were awesome this year. I think Selita's supernova one looks so much better on runway then in pictures because the lights shine off it awesome and make it really light up. Well being aussie i loved Miranda, Abbey and Elyse. Obviously lol. I wish Elyse had another walk. I mean i loved her but Tatiana having one look just pointless and same for Anna J and Liu. I mean we saw Liu for a total of like 5 seconds. I enjoyed the runway and music. Just wish there was more. At least a better opening of the angels. What was that opening they put in. It was terrible.

I think Kylie did have slightly more screen time than Heidi. At least it felt that way BTW, did the show air in Australia already??? Nope but the awesome T.G over on VSHolics uploaded it already so i watched it . Decent quality too
