Yep, it's the same dress for sure - look at the lace-up in front, and the split hem. I like her much better in the candid. It looks like she's having fun being a bit trampy. And who's the midget she's towering over? (Not that I really care) I also love the other picture, the one where her dress has her picture on it. That's wild! The name of this model Sibyl Buck. oh, i know Sibyl, lovely 90's model but she didn't pop out in my mind at all!!! i've seen Sibyl with lots of hair colors, but never blonde as far as i recall...she was a very good looking girl too, but never noticed such similarities to Steph as much as in this pic...thanks for clarifing this is not Stephanie neither Sibyl. Don't remember the name of that girl. She was often in French Glamour and vogue Italy in the 90's. U should ask an ID on ...
