I think that's an individual thing. You should definitely get your doctor's approval though, preferably post bloodwork. It's important that they know the existing level of hormones that are in your body before they recommend you do anything. Depo Pro doesn't bother me at all. I'm peachy. Never gave me pms, though I never got it to begin with...or cramps for that matter. And I can't say that I've ever spotted. About the only thing that changes is that I end up hypersexual for like a week. Lol. I'm likely to bounce off walls that week from being so edgy. It varies though, I have two friends who were on the same pill and Laura lost like 15 lbs and Jaime gained like 10.

Dior J'adore, but it's kinda strong. VS Rapture I like, have the full line including the nifty glitter powder brushes they came out with recently. Wear it when I dress up. Most of the time though, Warm Vanilla Sugar from Bath & Body works. OMG, I have absolutely every single product they make in that scent. I'm seriously considering writing them and begging them to start a shampoo and conditioner line. I'm addicted. So's my boy. Apparently, I smell edible.

I love boys that smell good. But my sense of good can be special. Depends on the guy. If his cologne doesn't match up with his body chem, then it just wont do it for me. They'll just smell nice, but if it does...oh man, it takes everything in my power not to want to hug on them. At least with my boy, I'm allowed. He smells soooo yummy. Oh wow... But I have no idea what he uses I'll ask him tomorrow

I have never understood why VS hasn't used their incredible international appeal to their advantage. As far as I know, there are no VS stores outside of the states...and I don't understand why. It's kinda weird, really.

Lol Well, I did spend nearly a year there, so I can't feel too bad, but I miss it. Now just remember, when you go to Rome, on the North sid of the Piazza de Popolo is the restaurant Alfredo's. That is where Fettucini Alfredo was first created. And when you go to Paris you absolutely MUST go have hot chocolate at Angelina's (I think that's what it's called) it's on rue de rivoli. GO!!! They have the best hot chocolate ever...it's amazing.

oh well, i did yoga for a long time babe. Lol, and i...somewhat kept up with it. So it's not bad. I think I either slept funny or overstretched my arm this am. It's just been misbehaving all day.
