It's an Empreinte Lingerie post. It seems all their 2023 posts are max 1080p, AFAICT. The image URL suggests there is no larger version. I believe they once had a post with two 1440p pictures back in 2022-12-09, but it's gone now... When in doubt, check the image URL and look for a scaling parameter: Example post 1. The image URL contains a scaling parameter (bold red). This means the full image is scaled down and served in 1080p or lower! Lukas Mengeler, indeed, those weren't full size. It's almost save to assume any 1080p image (called "###_###_###_n.jpg") posted here is from an Instagram post. If posted after ~ June 2019, there's very likely a 1440p full image. Her post
