Thanks to all for wonderful pics of wonderful Penelope. I finally saw both movies "V C Barcelona" & "elegy" -- Penelope was great in both, but the plot & scripts were disappointing. Javier was very good in the Woody Allen movie. I did not like Kingsley's acting or the development of his character in 'elegy.' Anyway, I never get enough of Penelope's movies.

I agree. This is the best thread on the Internet. Penelope is the best actress in today's world. I am disappointed that I can't find a region-1 USA DVD of 'Chromophobia' or of 'Manolete' -- but someday I hope to find a way to see them. I am glad that the new Woody Allen movie & "Elegy" are both going to be in American theaters (& DVD I assume). I am in a hurry to see both of these new movies.

he is an idiot! Penelope is never boring or trite or stilted or one-dimensional or distant -- not in her acting or in her interviews or in any of the millions of pics (posed & candid). She seems kind & sincere & deeply involved in all aspects of her personal & professional life; real artists are like that. What could be boring??? I have learned much from her acting. Thanks to all of you in this forum for posting pics of Penelope Cruz.
