  1. I understand why the movie has the budget it has. Fun to see that people seem so excited that the movie is made. But I agree way too few pictures on Leo. ๐Ÿ™ƒ
  2. Does anyone know if they use to "leave" set pieces as a tourist attraction? Or do they pack everything up and leave it as they find it?
  3. A video about Marty and his thoughts about cinema. I think he did a good job making the video.๐Ÿ™ƒhttps://youtu.be/D3owqp72SJE
  4. I am watching Kate's series right now on HBO. Love it. And have Ammonite and Black Beauty on my watch list. She just gets better and better. My favorite is The Holiday. I watch it every year at least once.
  5. Now I got so many questions. Why does three Americans represent Mexico, China, and Germany? Is it one person for each country? Do they have any association with the country they represent?
  6. Isn't he.๐Ÿฅฐ
  7. It is like watching a sitcom from the 90 that you used to love and laugh at/with. Today the jokes can feel a little outdated and wrong. (You still love it tho but see it with other eyes.โค)
  8. How does it work to be a member?
  9. Do they seriously have zero black members? In 2021? How is that even possible?
  10. That was cool. Very detailed. ๐Ÿ™ƒ
  11. To late๐Ÿ˜‚ It was a well-written article so couldn't stop.
  12. I saw the scene where they start to tell each other secrets in the movie Something borrowed and remembered John's Ellen interview. Where he hangs out with Leo at the Oscars. He is such a good storyteller. Makes me laugh every time. https://youtu.be/2mPsb3V-Y1g "And then they won everything". ๐Ÿ˜‚
  13. I liked it too. Depressing and sad but it is a good movie.
  14. I like listening to the author of Killers of the flower moon. https://youtu.be/AKjvrSS-UXU He is mentioning Marty and speaks about what he hopes the movie will do for the story at around 9:40.
  15. What I have seen few people can stand next to Leo and not be outshined. ๐Ÿ™ƒ
  16. So the numbers was true then. About the declining of people watching. It was all over the news instead of who won or any other important information. They called it a meeting for the rich people or something like that. A little harsh in my opinion. Hopefully, they find their "blowing up the Oscars" so it changes.๐Ÿ™ƒ
  17. That must have come as a surprise for everyone.๐Ÿ™ƒ I have never watched the Oscars. News about events happening at it has reached me after tho. As Helena Bonham Carter said in her acceptance speech: People at home are at sleep while the show airs. Saw Leos's presentation of Deniro at the SAG (great show by the way). Other than that it doesn't really grab my attention. I wonder how they will blow up the Oscars? They kind of have to do something with the declining number of views. What was it? 7 million watched 2020 and because nothing interesting happened at the Oscars 2020 only 5 million watched it this time. But maybe it is not about the views and they will be happy if 2 million think it is interesting enough to watch. A handsome Leo always helps of course. ๐Ÿ™ƒ But that is just my opinion.
  18. I am a novice when it comes to the academy and the rules around it. If Flower moon is out in 2022 it would be for the Oscars in 2023 but what happens if it is out in Jan 2023? I don't know if anyone else does but I miss Leo in a tux.๐Ÿ™ƒ
  19. Ahh, let people dream for a moment or two. ๐Ÿ™ƒ One of my dreams (except Leo of course) is to sit and watch Marty work when he is cutting a move. He sounds so brilliant when he talks about the process. Fascinating.
  20. Flower moon for 2022? How is that possible?
  21. I understand what you mean. Apparently, a book or file was made where it stood in more detail what every ancestor had done. They had it in the museum, I think, but it got stolen. They (the museum?!) believe It was too sensitive for some descendants and that they want it to be forgotten. And now a book has been written and a movie is made with the biggest names on the planet. Hard to hide from history after that.
  22. From the little I have read about it, they seem especially targeted. I spent yesterday on YouTube listening to the author of the book talk about how this story stands out but is sadly one of many. I naively thought it was a one-time thing.
  23. Casually lurking in the background๐Ÿ˜† Hope you get something.
  24. True. Do you think something like this can be forgiven?
